Very please with the panel I purchased, looks great on our tv media wall

Worst company I ever had opportunity to deal,
I ordered the panel and glue for it, on 24th of February, paid 50£ for delivery ( even if is states england deliveries free) and surprisingly i haded to wait 3 weeks for delivery, after countless emails and calls i was told it will be delivered on Saturday 16th of March I receive my panel , but surprisingly the rest of order is not here.
Worst customer service, worst management and experience with them is just out of window.
I assume they don’t give a f about the customers…

The panels are amazing! Very good quality and they look so realistic! Highly recommended ! Easy to order, prompt delivery, all very good! So happy with my purchase!

Needed an extra panel having previously a few months earlier bought what I thought wood be enough but my husband took poorly and only just started what should have been done before Christmas so didn't expect to be able to get same but ordered just 1 snd still didn't get charged del and was del within 2days.
Wish every company gave the same service.
Highly recommend .

I love their products, however my last two orders were refunded without any other solution or offer of alternative product with no communication whatsoever.
I wanted to use their OUTLET stock as I didnt mind the 3D brick wall polystyrene cladding not being perfect.
It would be enough for my project.
Order placed as outlet item showed 'In Stock'.
A week later there was no reply to email asking Izodekor about update.
Two weeks later contacted Izodekor
for an update again, got an immediate refund.
Why not just cancel the OUTLET section?
Such a shame.

I ordered 3 acustic wall panels and they were delivered in few days. The quality of the panels is great, I ordered few samples from different providers but this one was the best one. I will be ordering more for another project.

Product was refused on delivery as badly damaged. Packaging missing, edges of panels damaged and slats broken! Should not have been put on lorry for delivery!

Obtained three samples very speedily. Quality looks great. Hope to order something soon - am still considering ideas with Carpenter.

Have been assured that packages has been dispatched, given a tracking confirmation nr, have checked with the cargo company, and nothing have been dispatched via IZODEKOR , my question is are you having a laugh?
