My first order from Izumipens - a few bottles of exotic ink in the sale - arrived quickly and was very carefully packed with each item well protected and individually wrapped. Included was a hand-written note of thanks. Such attention to detail and personal service made it feel more like Christmas than a humble stationery order.

Due to my careless mistake, the parcel has been returned to seller. But the inks are finally received by me today after having several communication with seller! They are responsible and patient to my case, though the trouble was caused by me. Really really great customer services! I highly recommended to all of you!

Besides the services, their goods are also at a very good rate. Especially the Japanese Sailor ink, it is not easy to find such excellent price in UK.

I must sure that you won't regret for spending money on Izumipens. Trust me. They will never make you disappointed.

Honestly impressed by the care taken with packaging, this is how it should be done. Strong box, inner paper, wrapped items and bottles bubble wrapped. Would recommend and use again.

My order arrived carefully packaged and beautifully wrapped in tissue paper - someone took the time to wrap each item and it was almost a shame to year it off when I opened it up!

Bought a TWSBI Go fountain pen from IzumiPens with a 1.1 stub nib. No issues with the delivery and the pen was very well wrapped. Arrived on time. Pen is exactly as described and no issues with it. Haven't used their customer service so cannot comment on that.
