Such a high quality and lovely coat! There were plenty of designs and options to choose from. We ordered knowing the turn around time but Felicity was able to accomodate our request (as we were heading on dog friendly holiday) and got it to us in time!

Ordering was quick and simple, we were kept up to date on the progress of the collars ordered. It took less than the two weeks advertised to receive the finished items. And the collars themselves are of the highest quality. We couldn't have been any happier with them. We now have two stylish & happy hounds

Ordered a fleece coat and a raincoat for my whippet . Felicity was so helpful when I had a few questions on measuring and did everything she could ti help me be sure I got my measurements right . The coats arrived and were absolutely brilliant . Beautifully made , quality fabrics and the perfect fit . Zola looks stunning in her coats, they wear and wash up well , both looks as good as new despite having been through woods and fox poo 😂 I highly recommend this shop excellent customer service and high quality well made dog wear - thank you x

I have bought several coats and onesies from Felicity and the are always fabulous. Well worth the wait.

Most recently I bought onesies in the harlequin print. People were taking photos of my dogs - they were so striking!

Felicity aka Izzy & Finn's Hound Boutique is always incredibly helpful, even when I'm indecisive or unable to work out sizing.

I've lost count of how many collars she's made for our dogs, not because they've needed replacing, but because they simply look so fantastic and I find it impossible to resist buying more. They have all been of the highest quality, one belonging to one whippet (& suiting him impeccably) has been in almost daily use for over 2 years!

We made a mess of measuring that whippet for his first pair of 4 leg pjs, because he's a terrible wriggler and is oddly sized. Felicity helped me work out his custom sizing and get him all sorted out for the cold snap.

Her items, being handmade entirely by her, do involve a delay which she makes very clear before any order can be placed. It's very exciting to get her email updates on the progression of my orders at cutting and then dispatch stage.

I don't find it at all disagreeable that she does not have a returns policy for items incorrectly sized (like the pjs) or if I were to change my mind about patterns after cutting stage, because I know it'd be a) my fault and b) far too difficult to match my order with a customer looking for that exact item.

The range of fabric and combinations for all her products means that the hardest part is narrowing it down to the final choice, or two.

I'm so glad I found her, the quality, range and customer service are top scorers.

I’ve always bought all my lurcher’s collars from Felicity and have been so happy with the service every time. She has an amazing selection of fabrics and makes them to order, meaning they fit your hound perfectly. Everyone always comments on how smart my hound looks and how unusual his collars are!
The customer service is great too - Felicity always sends regular updates on how your collar is progressing and you get an email with a photo of your collar once it’s completed. Also arrives beautifully presented in a nice box with a loyalty card.
I’ve always been really happy with the service I received and I wouldn’t order my dog’s collars from anywhere else! Thank you! x

My first experience of ordering from Izzy and Finn’s Hound Boutique was great! I love how much choice there was and the website is clear and easy to navigate. They are also quick to reply to emails too. I went with a pac man collar and two fleeces which were all really well made. Great quality and I love how thick the fleeces are, perfect for the winter. 100% recommend : ) Thank you for making such lovely stuff for our hounds :)

I ordered the most beautiful cork house collars from here, they are absolutely beautifully made. I’ve had other collars from here in the past too and communication is always really good, plus the orders are delivered in the cutest packaging. I love that it’s all handmade and hand wrapped, it’s so obvious that care has been put into making these products rather than just ordering off Amazon! I’d definitely recommend!
