Evolve Electric Walking Pad Treadmill Home Exercise Machine Indoor Fitness Equip. This absolutely scammer company order number 04-12209-25762

They lie, don't care about customers, don't answer emails, want to scam you and deduct the free shipping from the eBay return guarantee.

I have order custom printed boxes with Profile Packaging on 17th May 2023. It is company/website owned by J&A (International) Limited.

Be careful with J&A group. They costed me my business.

I haven't received any confirmation e-mail. I since then started calling them just to find out that my e-mail was put wrong. They haven't tried to make any contact with me.

The customer representative, Amy, progressed then to send me a .mp4 video turned into a pure HTML code, arguing that it has to show the real-life-view of the designed box. It took me a few emails and phone calls, after which so-called Amy, sent me a list of internet browsers that the HTML code will work on. Amy sent it even after I explained multiple times that I have used MacBook Pro, 2 MacBook Air, Dell laptop, a PC computer, and an IPad - and (well, surprise, surprise) the HTML still didn't work.

She then took a day to contact her "IT experts" and send me a video of the digital design of the box.

After arguing with her and approving the right design, she finally said Profile Packaging is ready to start production. All this took 7 days and should have been resolved simply over contacting me within the first 24h. I have put down my personal & business details, and my website & social media are live with contact details, so so-called Amy shouldn't have any problem reaching me or verifying the e-mail.

I have then complained with Amy that I'm not happy with the customer service received. She didn't advise on that and communicated that the production time is now prolonged by extra 7-10 DAYS (when placing the order it said 5-7 DAYS). She also mentioned it is "working days", which makes it even 14 days delay (taking into consideration May Bank Holidays).

The boxes arrived finally on 7th June - after 21 days (yes, I waited 3 weeks).

The boxes are printed completely wrongly, the design is switched. The images that were supposed to be outside the box are inside. The text images that are supposed to be on the top of the box are under. Most of the text is unreadable. Most of the boxes are such poor quality that the color is not even remotely similar to the HEX code or any other packaging within my business with the same colour. The boxes are completely unusable.

The same day of arrival, I have contacted Profile Packaging, after which so-called Amy replied "Hi Paulina. I will process the refund. Amy". Without saying sorry or any other compensation.

All that experience with Profile Packaging cost me lost clients as the business haven't been running for 3 weeks, and lost influencer deals with an estimated ROI of £10,000. I am just about to face more financial & reputational losses as I need to further look for another supplier and wait even more weeks.

Profile Packging almost costed me loosing my business. Their website says "high quality packaging" but nothing that they do is high quality. From my experience, if you don't want your company to go out of business - stay away from them.

UPDATE: Now they had the audacity to ask me if I want the boxes again. After I said no, they started harassing me with phone calls asking if I'm sure I don't want them. Avoid this company...
