Very Very Poor Service

Very Very Poor Service. I don't have any clue of my prepaid order from last 20 days. When I call to customer service of Jabong.com then they advice me to cancel my order and request for cash back. If you don't have product then why you carry orders. I didn't waste my 20 days for canceling the order. It was my first and last order from jabong.com.

They often have wrong product …

They often have wrong product information on their site. I have wasted a lot of time trying to buy a white top. I wanted only a cotton one but everytime I ordered I would end up getting a 100% polyester one! This after verifying a hundred times that the product listing said cotton. This happened thrice. Who would want to buy from an online shopping site after such an experience?

just wished....

very good site, n very good packaging i just wished that i could get the nike box instead of jabong box besides that very good service n keeps you updated about the process n got my order in 5 days as promised

Poor size charts, customers blocked on raising returns request.

My Jabong experience has been pathetic.The size guides on the products are always wrong. When the product reaches you, it is either too big or small in spite of ordering by referring their size chart. They often send wrong sizes too. When I order size 12, I got size 14. And now they have blocked me from making any purchases, due to the multiple return requests. So much for their easy return policy.

The Jabong Experience - " Problems and Problems"

The product that I had ordered from Jabong was a Hush Puppies Pack of 5 Multicoloured Socks. On opening the package received from them it turned out to be a Pack of 3 Sports Socks from Calzini. On telling Jabong about receiving the wrong product they told me to mail a picture of the invoice and the socks to them. I did the same as asked and they were supposed to revert back in 7 business days but I had to call them to know the status of the return. On having 4 -5 conversations about the return and to explain to them again and again the reason for the return, they send me a form to fill to get the amount refunded. After filling it a courier partner of Jabong comes to my door and asks for the product. He sees the product and says that he is suppose to receive the pack of 5 multicoloured socks from Hush Puppies and not the wrong product. His team tells him not to accept the product at that moment. I called up Jabong immediately and told them the whole incident and the customer executive tells me "to mail the snapshots of the wrong product and invoice to ************** (another email ID of Jabong) to investigate the case". They have hardly any clue of the wrong product sent to the customer and their system says "wrong product sent to customer. Product to be picked up." No other details, no other specifications! If I get the right product why will I get the product returned? This is not understood at all by Jabong!

The bottom line is:
1. The products are not of good quality(based one other purchase from them and even this wrong product).
2. The company is vey talented in harassing customers and is filled with miscommunication at every level.

Offer said 500 Off on shopping 1600 …

Offer said 500 Off on shopping 1600 RS, I added products from link provided by them of Cost 1836, now when I applied coupon , then to my surprise it reduced only 119 Rs, what a shameful Offer, when I called customer care they said it is already discounted, Ohh my god then, what does that HDFC Offer meant.

Worst and Worst

Never shop in this site...These people dont deliver the ones that are ordered and also when we try to complain on there service they never respond well and don try to solve the problem but in turn start creating new issues.
This site is a mess..

The whole point of online shopping is to NOT MOVE

I placed the order while I was in Jaipur for holiday and got it delivered at the same. Before leaving Jaipur I called customer service and specifically asked if my stuff can be picked up for return from my Bombay address, where I live. I gave the woman my pin code and she said yes mam it's possible, we can pick up the return from your Bombay address. I got all my stuff to Bombay because I still had not decided on a few things that I wanted to return. If she had told me that no it wasn't possible I would have decided before leaving jaipur and left the stuff there. I paid for 1kgs extra at the airport, I had to return shoes, since it has to be in original packaging I CARRIED THE BOX with me. I called Jabong to process the return and address change when I arrived in Bombay. They said then address change is NOT POSSIBLE. THEY ARE TELLING ME TO DO THEIR JOB OF GOING TO A COURIER COMPANY AND TO SEND THE PACKAGE MYSELF. It's anyway so time-consuming in Bombay to get to one place to another. Jabong staff or customer service is UNAWARE of the company's rules and policies and give out the wrong information. WASTE of my time.

Bad Experience -Shopping with Jabong

I ordered SAREE SWARG BEIGE PRINTED SAREE WITH BLOUSE

I got saree of low quality.
I initiate return request and for one month nobody came to collect and every week i called customer care but no use.
At last they asked me to send product through courier and they mentioned courier DTDC and i send through DTDC and i checked status in DTDC and it is showed Delivered.
After two days i called Jabong customer care and after so much time waiting they told they have no updates on product.
It is like irritating .
I request all don't go for shopping with Jabong.
I lost money and time in shopping with Jabong
They have bad customer service and delayed delivery and nobody will come and collect product if return request is initiated.

Switching out products

I ordered a Dorothy Perkins Dress and the product I received was from some other brand. It was no mistake of product (unless they're blind) I think they're purposely switching products when they don't have them in store and then refund in jabong credits instead of cash. I'm switching to Myntra now.

Hopeless Service

Jabong services have been hopeless. The customer executives have repetitive answers and no solution to the problem. They take 10 days to refund for one order. And more than 10 days to deliver an order to your doorstep. I would not recommend Jabong to anyone. They are slow and working policies are useless and slow.

useless

Good collections!

I have been shopping on jabong since 3 yrs, and i love shopping at jabong. Nice collections! good offers! And top of it its user friendly. Apart from customer support service everything is fine.

Worst online website

Worst customer support. They speak as if like they are giving things free of cost. Jabong trap you by giving some discount voucher and then sell fake products. This happened to me. Worst thing is they dont have option for customers to give their feedback in their website. I dont know why our government look into such companies and blacklist them.

Very bad experience with jabong

Quality of product was too bad for the branded material also its not even good to clean the floor also

when i call to customer care it takes 10 mins to connect

i cancelled the product one month back till now they have not refund the money and its a huge amount

No communication between workers different ppl gives different answers

i feel very irritating even to call customer care
