Worst customer service

i wanted to track my order in Jabong so i called customer care,

It took nearly 10 mins to connect to jabong customer executive

I am not going to shop in JABONG again..

Pathetic

The customer service sucks to the core, I called thrice but no one picked the call, every time it got disconnected when they pick the call they will say we will try our level best sir we are really sorry for inconvenience blah blah blah.....

Very Poor Service

Even after dropping a number of mails to chief manager of Jabong and the customer care of jabong, there is no response regarding the issue-ORDER ID 160719615596369. Still not received the order. How do I initiate return ???? This is so disgusting & I am really Fed Up from the Jabong team. I have called multiple times, but no one received the call. VERY POOR SERVICE Jabong :(

Horrible Customer Service

I've placed an order for 2 tops on July 11th and my order number is 160711237667871.
On 28th July I've received an email regarding the cancellation of my order due to non service of their logistic partners in that area.
My delivery address was Hitech City, Madhapur. Who doesn't serve in such an area like that? And if that was the case you shouldn't have confirmed the order.

The Customer service is HORRIBLE. There is only one number and even that is always busy. I've called them a number of times and it is always busy. They don't even respond to emails. I think they should simply shut down or improve their service.

I have never felt the need to write reviews earlier. Last week i had a very bad experience at Naturals. That was my first and this is my second.

Great! ...Until you have to return/exchange/cancel an order (LOL).

I've purchased a few items from this website without problem - I liked how quickly I received things, and enjoyed the notification system via text.

I would recommend purchasing cautiously, because returns and exchanges are a hassle. Become familiar with the return/exchange policies before considering ordering from Jabong. Returns are slowly processed, and pre-paid cancellations are a pain because it takes DAYS, literally DAYS for the refund money to reach back to your bank/wallet etc.

One of my orders worth 1700 Rs was cancelled randomly by the website and after emailing customer service a few times, they had apparently "initiated" the return process to refund the respective amounts to my freecharge account, but ... well, it's been a while and the money's not in my freecharge account.

ALSO, DON'T EXPECT TO GET A "DEAL" ON THIS WEBSITE! Items are pretty expensive - even with the promotions and all the nonsense they spew, seriously... you're probably not getting anything "cheap" on this website. It's already pricey, but the "promotions" are just psychological nonsense that actually don't cut the prices!

Worst Service

I have not written a single review till date but this had to be written.I had the worst experience shopping on this website,First thing was i placed an Order to gift my girlfriend(Not sure of size) with a policy saying you can exchange it i placed 3 orders and out of it only one of the dress was perfect for her.I was okay as i had the option to exchange for the small size But then the nightmare started when the customer care said you cant exchange it we have closed the exchange service.(The policy mentioned for all the products was i could exchange)Anyways I would recommend Myntra for clothing as they provide the best and fast service.
P.S:-Jabong dint answer my calls from last 10 days(spent 100/- on calls),Did not reply all my 4 mails,Did not get referral bonus of 250/-.

Worst service ever seen

I bought the product, immediately cancelled before getting it delivered
Since the are charging extra for COD so I paid all the money,
Now they are not returning the amount citing some technical problem
I tried to call to the customer care service they never picked my call, I wrote a mail, they gave some stupid answer stating their wallet company is not responding, So eventually I lost all the money,

Promotions are fraud. They cheat and don't fulfil as promised

I've been a regular customer with Jabong and was quite impressed with their service and quality of products. But, this time I was cheated.. I bought dress material in a promotion which said "buy 1 get 2 free". My order was processed and I also prepaid the amount online using cc. But , out of 3 items only 2 items have been delivered. It's been a month almost and they don't even bother to contact and inform about the delay. My order (no. 160606258791797) was placed on 6th June 2016 and today is 30th June 2016, I'm still waiting for that one free item as per their promotion. I had bought these as a gift for a friend and she didn't receive them on time, as intended for a special occasion!! I've already written two emails to them and no response!! I will never ever trust their promotions anymore... Fraudsters!!!!

Pathetic return policy.

I have odered a product from jabong it is large in size. I tried to return the product by following instructions given on their website. No response till now from their side. No one answer the call. I am very disappointed.

Return

Never buy any product from jabong and i will recommend Myntra is far better where u get resolution on time or if customer has any problem they will come back till the resolution is given. I purchased a product from jabong and I didn't like it. So I initiated a return and the date that was given to me was a Week so I had to plan according to that. Later delivery person called me next day and he was demanding the product as if he was the owner of jabong. And I had cancel my appointment and come from another city to just return the product. Next day I just got an update that your return is being cancelled. I called up customer care no response. Sent one email as well and they told me it will take 5 business days in email. And tried to create a new return request there was an error message stating you have already raised a return. I had to wait and there was no other option. After 5 days still the resolution is not given so throwed the product as it was waste for me. I will recommend my friends no use jabong and prefer Myntra where I was completely satisfied with resolution.

Non trust worthy

Ordered shoes...a month ago....Till date, i keep getting messages that it will be delivered in next 2 days, albeit with lot of apologetic words including "we will leave no stone unturned, etc"...but shoes didnot come so far. Thank god i ordered COD. I wonder, if for sell they delay so much, then for replacement how much delay will they make......Infact i ordered same shoes on AMAZON n got it delivered in 3 days as promised.

Fraud company never buy

Jabong is a fraud company n gives defective products along with wrong n false offers. I placed order at jabong site n dey accepted my order and confirmed my order too but to my surprise they themselves cancelled my order stating that I have made too many prrchase from my ID as if I'm buying things free of cost. Then I had asked ten to deliver my priducmct at different address but the denied as product was not available. Ye did not inform me about cancellation nor on phone nor on mail. Jabong is a true fake company as it delivers ample number I defective product n has pathetic customer service... Never buy from jabong .

i ordered a bag for my sister, when it got delivered i didnt like it by its looks because it was not as it was described in the picture.
quality- pathetic!!! i asked her to use it and after one month it got torn off. the bag was of the company *LARA KAREN*

jabbing get your pricing right

Jabong is very good site for shopping. It constantly updates its items with very on-demand and likeable products, and as a customer its really good to see that we are given a lot of options while shopping. There are fresh stocks and up-to-date fashionable clothing. However, having experience with purchasing clothing from international websites and in general abroad, comparing the same product here in this website and a few other Indian websites the prices have been immensely exaggerated here in India. That is with taking into consideration the Custom duties and the VAT that is normally levied on items. This goes so far to the extent that it surpasses an amount double the retailing price in the US. I have also noticed that prices are manipulated based on the "hype" of the product. You're are a retailer and not a reseller of the items to my knowledge, and if you are a reseller, please mention it to be so. And kindly price your products right and mention the taxations levied on the products.

Best website for online clothes so far..

they have best shipping and discount. I trust this website ans I recommend all of the people who wants trustworthy place. I ordered 2 Kurtis and 1 saree it is same as it looks in picture no color different or quality different. I don't mind spending money unless I am getting good quality and trust from seller. This is going to be my permanent online store for clothes <3

Jabong supply used,defected products.

I have ordered Arrow black suit of size 40 form jabong.com of MRP INR 9, 999.00 order no 150403623537475 on 3rd April. It was delivered with the same order no, product tag attached is size 40 however the product size internally was 38, used and defected fabric. I raised this issue to them within the 30 days’ time limit. they called up on my regular no to reach me, I provided them to alternate no. Instead of reaching me on alternate no they have closed the case. when I re- approach them, they took all the information about product and assured me that they will resolve it in next 48 hour. After a lots of communication they said its exception for us to be beyond 30 days and since you alter the product so our quality control will not take return. when I asked "where was your QC team when you was supplying the product?"they don't have any answer till date. The sarcastic answers I got from chief manager team “ it’s your mistake you trusted on us”.

I never recommend Jabong, They are making fool of their customer. you have to pay for their mistakes and once they have money in hand of their defected product they will find ways to not provide service to you.

It seems they just ship used product with wrong tag to clear their inventory and makes fool of their customer.
