Awful experience with Jack Wolfskin
Awful experience with Jack Wolfskin. I returned a pair of shoes 4 weeks ago and I have still not received a refund. Customer service is clueless, they don’t have a clue on what’s going on. They told me I would receive my refund by Friday, but that was last week’s Friday. After seeing the overwhelmingly negative reviews they have been receiving on Trustpilot, it all made sense. I learned my lesson, don’t bother buying online from Jack Wolfskin.
Don't order from this company
I have tried to cancel my order before it ships. I tried to get PayPal to intervene but to no avail. I stand to loose £83+ as the parcel will be delivered to an address I am no longer at. Parcelforce won't redirect unless its not delivered. In this day & age of technology all 3 companies involved can't solve a very simple issue.
Order from this company at your peril.

Similar to others on here, I ordered a jacket and it arrived 3 weeks late without any communication. I had to chase for an update to be sent a generic email saying there are delays.
The fun begins when you try and get a refund. Jacket didn't fit. No return label in box as stated there would be (same as others). Had to pay for postage with royal mail. We are 2 weeks in and they won't confirm receipt of package. I'm £250 out of pocket and nowhere near getting a refund with poor communication. They are trying to make out it's my fault for posting with Royal Mail. Really concerned this is happening to others too. It is fraudulent.

The phone number does not work. £150 taken. Unfortuntelty did not pay with credit card for easy charge back. How is this company allowed to operate?!

A very unprofessional company to say the least - no customer service and no communication skills at all.
Sent 2 emails requesting update as to when I can expect delivery but sadly they don't appear to have the ability or good manners to even respond.

Order placed 28th December. No updates provided, no delivery date, no tracking number. Unable to contact customer services, but on the plus side, they’ve taken the money from my account. How is this company allowed to carry on trading?
Avoid at ALL costs!
Also wish I had read the reviews on here before I ordered..... Waiting on an order I had ordered for a birthday present - no update and no response from email either.... Completely useless!! The delivery time of 5-6 working days has now passed and I cannot get in touch with them...... I will NEVER order from here again.

This review relates to the customer service experience - I can’t review the product as nothing has arrived!
I’m currently waiting for progress on an order made on boxing day - I’ve tried to contact customer services via their website, but although they acknowledged my contact, they haven’t actually done anything.
The order is showing as in process (not changed since I made the online purchase) & has missed the original shipping quote (4-6 working days) which has now been changed to 7-9 working days.
A very poor customer experience. I would not use their website again.
Terrible customer service
Looks like I should have read these reviews before ordering. I'm having the same problem. Ordered on 23rd December. Obviously I knew nothing would happen until after the 27th but I'm still waiting to be advised as to when my order is being dispatched. I've sent two emails with no response also. Probably the worst company I've ever ordered from.

I cannot give ZERO stars.... Is absolutely a scam... Somebody needs to take action... I am looking to complain higher up. No returns label, no way to contact them and also an order from 26 November nobideea were it is and my money blocked. I had a reply back from an email and said they apologise for late response and they supposed my issues has been resolved. What a joke!!!!!

Placed an order and got charged but there is no update for this order after so many days, never dispatched and tried to contact customer service, no response. Can somebody offer any update?
Zero way of contacting
Terrible customer service. I’m in the UK; late delivery and only have 14 days for returns. No return label, don’t answer phones, chat doesn’t load and no replies to emails. Thank goodness item fits and we’re keeping it, but if needed to return would probably lose my £90. Unacceptable
impossible to return items
I ordered some coats and need to return them, they came withtout a return label. Ive tried to get hold of them through the phone no, and email and live chat. No one ever answers the phone, the emails have been ignored and the live chat does not work.
Poor customer services
I bought a pair of shoes for an upcoming trip however unfortunately they didn’t fit. The shoes didn’t arrive with a returns form and as per their websites instructions I have emailed their customer services team. I’ve emailed their team multiple times over the past month and no one has responded to me. The returns date has surpassed 14 days and now I’m stuck with a pair of expensive shoes with no means of returns.
Pure Tragedy
By far the worst,worst, worst, greatest abomination shopping experience and customer service.
