The price per pill is a lot cheaper…

The price per pill is a lot cheaper than anywhere else i have ever bought from. Even shoppers and my local pharmacy is not this cheap. Before coming on jack health, a lot of people said the dose you'll receive is a small dose, but all i did was send a message in the medical chat letting the doctor know that i want the 25mg and there was no change in price at all. The price remained exactly the same.

My biggest issue is the waiting time

My biggest issue is the waiting time. Once they process your payment you’ll have to wait weeks before shipping. It’s a real issue. Very unreliable

Update Aug 12 : I already emailed you guys. Multiple times. The answer I keep getting is: “ You’ll be notified as soon as there’s an update on your order.”

It’s a little insulting to be honest

Medical chat is no longer monitored by…

Medical chat is no longer monitored by anyone, putting messages in there is like writing a letter and then throwing it into the trashcan and expecting a response. Emails go unanswered. Bloodwork goes in through the lab, doesn't trigger a response.
Everytime its a month long exercise to get medicine.

Poor service, poor response time, they let your meds run out and when you request a refill they then tell you to do blood work rather than in advance
