4-star rating revised to 5-star
I would have given a 4-star rating however it is thanks to the satisfactory resolution of two separate screw-ups by Jack that I have to give them back their 5th star. The first screw-up followed a change of address that was acknowledged by Jack weeks prior to shipping but despite this the order was sent to my old address. The second was a year later when I received a shipment with no medication inside. No evidence of tampering was found during their investigation. In a related telephone call I told the pharmacy it was my second claim related to a shipping error and that I hoped my honesty was not now in doubt. The senior pharmacy manager (Hanna, I recall) investigating was so reassuring, telling me I was by then a long-time (2 years) loyal customer and there was absolutely no doubt in their minds about my motives. Receiving such a testimonial was a relief and it changed how I viewed the company, which had been that it was entirely automated and run by error-prone bots. Maybe it is, I can’t say, but as a customer it had been frustrating on both occasions to find myself in what appeared to be a loop with Customer Service, in which I received prompt, respectful replies but no referral upwards and therefore no evident progress towards resolution. I felt as though I were in a game where they were waiting me out until I gave up.But this was not the case. Errors can occur but they made good on their service commitment, and I am happy with their product and service.
