LIAR, THIEF, CONMAN!!

Even yesterday you could still place and pay for orders so wonder what the scammer is happily spending money on!!!

They didn’t send the mirror- they didn’t answer the phone or emails. 6 weeks later NOTHING. I don’t believe this company is real. I am going through the process of getting the money back from Am EX. I DEFINITELY do not recommend them. Avoid at all cost!

Placed an order and paid for the item at the beginning of December 2022. Have chased on many occasions by e-mail and phone - they do not even answer. will take this further should I not receive back my money after seeing there reviews. AVOID!! AVOID!!

I returned goods whilst communicating with the company, and they agreed to all this, also cancelled another order because lead time was months. They have still not refunded me despite saying their accounts team will process the refund. THIEVES

Found a product and paid online, they took the money, I never heard a thing back from them after multiple emails and phone calls. Wish I had read reviews online first. I have now initiated a chargeback with my bank and have also reported them to the National Crime Agency

Ordered an £800 sink in August last year and by November it still hadn't arrived. Cancelled the order and asked for a refund. It's now mid-January and I still do not have my money back, nor any emails or return calls to explain what has happened. Completely unacceptable! Looking at these reviews, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

SCAM/FRAUD
ordered a month ago. Haven’t had any response to emails or phone call. Just goes to voicemail. No good received. No communication. Disgusting

Do not use this company. Waiting on goods since 12 December have email and called several times and no response. No refund

Ordered 2 very expensive sinks (over £1100) in October, I chased these up in December to be told they would be another 3-4 months. I rang the manufacturer and was told that Jack and jill bathrooms are on stop as their supplier hasn't paid their bills. I was promised a refund on the 7th December but still waiting. With no reply via email or phone my only option was to open a dispute with the credit card company.

Absolute Abomination of a company with zero communication skills. Placed and paid for my order on 28/11/22. Have received nothing and had no reply to numerous phone calls and emails.

It has that many bad reviews that i doubt if the good reviews are genuine!

Do not order from here, bought a sink for £220, never received it and no communication whatsoever. Emailed and rang so many times but no response at all. Trying to get my money back from PayPal now, don't order from here unless you want to lose your money.

I’ve ordered and paid for sanitaryware and. It received it. I’ve chased , emailed many occasions and they simply do not respond . When you call there is only an answer machine . They have been paid upfront and I need to start legal proceedings against this combat now to recover my money . Zero service . Just as good as theft !

Ordered 20th November. Fobbed off with delays before Christmas and now ignoring emails and just an answer phone message. Do not purchase from this company is my advice.

Scam company ran by a young man who already folded 2 other companies at the age of 24. It's easy to search Companies House to find registered address and other info. Enquired with the supplier of the products I ordered and despite the company selling the product to me they did not have it in stock nor do the manufacturer supply that company anymore and haven't done so for some time.
No response to phone or email. No products. Unfortunately the same as many other people here. Yet they are still publishing ads on google.

I ordered an item over a month ago and it has not arrived. I have rang on about 6 occasions only to be greeted with a message saying they are sort on staff and not answering calls. I have emailed 4 times with no response so i will now try my bank to get a refund.

Ordered a tap in November as my kitchen was being fitted in December. I waited a couple of weeks and it still hadn’t arrived. Asked when I would get it and they asked me to wait a bit longer. After a month it still hadn’t come and so I asked for a refund as my kitchen was being fitted. Managed to get the exact same tap from Amazon next day delivery for half the price. They said I would get a refund just before Christmas. I’m still waiting for it. I’ve been phoning every day and it just goes to voicemail. I’ve left emails every day and still heard nothing! It’s disgraceful how they are still not refunding my money and made me wait such a long time!! Will never order from here. Considering driving to Leeds to speak to them personally seeing as they will not respond over phone or email!

Scam, please do not order even it’s cheap. I wish to check the reviews before ordering!

No communication after payment was taken, don't answer phones or emails and from reading multiple reviews obviously a scam.

AVOID!!!!
I don’t think this company actually exists! After placing order no reply to emails, no one answer to phone calls!
I hope my money will be refunded if they answer my email eventually.
