Unfortunately I didnt read the rewiews before making a purchase which was a complete scam.
Reported to the relevant organisations, hopefully they will get there comeuppance!!

Emailed 7 times - no response!!!! ORDER NOT ARRIVED FOR MONTHS ON END AND NO CORRESPONDENCE AT ALL.

NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE THEY ARE CLEARLY SILENCED AS THEY DONT WANT TO GIVE PEOPLE THEIR MONEY BACK.

Wish I looked at these reviews before ordering!! Placed an order end of November, confirmation email received and been chasing every few days for a delivery date - no response. No response to phone lines either!!!

After waiting over 3 weeks for delivery of a Tap set I asked for my order to be cancelled, they agreed to send me a refund, this was over 1 Month ago and now they do not reply to any of my messages. Avoid using this company. I have now raised a case through my bank.

Think this company may be going into administration as there are so many people not getting their orders. Me being one of them never had a experience like this.Please do not order from them !!

Ordered a mirror in November but yet to arrive and no correspondence of when we will receive it. They take the money as soon as you order but don't contact with a delivery date. Will amend this review up/down when/if they reply to my latest email

Ordered toilet seat 8th December - chased 3 times, still not received and no communications from the company

**DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - FRAUD COMES TO MIND** !!!!!Ordered a tap 4 weeks ago . They did not advertise they didn’t have it in stock . I was told it would be 2 weeks before received the tap , 2 weeks went buy and nothing , contacted them to be told it would be another 2 weeks so I asked for a refund… I heard nothing . Terrible company !! I think once they have your money , you won’t get it back .lucky I paid via PayPal so I’ve just got a full refund. No communication from the company . DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !!

AVOID! I ordered an item in June this year only to be told once I had paid there was a few weeks delay. The delays continued until November when I was told my item had not passed quantity control and would take 5 further months! I requested a refund - no refund has been issued they do not reply to emails. BEWARE!!!!!!!

Ordered just before their Xmas closure and wasn’t expecting my items till the new year and I received them today! Excellent service I’d definitely recommend them to everyone! Not sure if the reviews below are genuine or not as my experience with jack and Jill is more then perfect I couldn’t of asked for a better service they went above and beyond I’d advise to not take on the negative reviews here as I’m their 15 thousandth order so the very few bad ones must just be a bunch of negative nancys… anyway ORDER ORDER ORDER! They are the best!

Never use this bathroom company, I ordered bathroom on 28th November, waited a week and no reply so emailed them and they told me waiting time would be 2 weeks!, so emailed them back and asked for a refund, still to this day haven’t received refund after numerous emails asking for my money back it’s over a month now…. So opened a case with Pay Pal who are no sorting it out.
Aslo they stopped replying to my email and no ever answers they phone.
Terrible company never ever use them your have nothing but stress, it should be shut down

Item Didn’t arrive, when ordered timescale on their shipping section said 3-5 working days. chased multiple times and fobbed off with 2-3 week timescales, eventually cancelled order and told would be refunded but 3 weeks later no refund has been issued despite email telling me it has been passed to the refunds department.

I would give 0, if there was an option. Terrible customer service, they've charged me the money for toilet flush over the month ago. There is no flush or update either. Avoid as a plague. I would say it's a froud company.

Dreadful company do not deal with. Ordered item 30/11/22 not received by 08/12/22 so contacted them said it would be another 2-3 weeks before delivery so asked to cancel order. 20/12/22 still waiting for refund, have opened a paypal case against them. AVOID.

An absolute diabolical company who take your money and that’s as far as the communication goes. They do not take phone calls and do not update you on your order progress. I chased them constantly for my items and eventually cancelled one, but still chasing my refund after over 2 months. I now have got my credit card company involved and reported them to Trading Standards. They promised my refund was processed 10 days ago but not seen it and now they will not respond to emails. Abysmal customer service and basically take your money with no intention of returning it. Never ever be tempted to place an order with this company.

Could not deliver product on time. I asked to cancel and for refund. They agreed, weeks passed with no refund in account. Kept being told they would deal with the refund asap and that they had 28 days as per trading standard guidelines. I waited 28 days, contacted them again and was told that refund had been sent through a week earlier and I should allow time for it to appear in the bank. Spoke to bank, they had no record of any pending transactions. Bank (credit card) are now raising dispute with the company.

Do not buy anything from this company. THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY

They sent us the wrong product without the fixtures and fittings - For any normal company this is a mistake that can be rectified, but this company don't pick up the phone or respond to emails or return voicemail messages. - We have sent our fitters home 3 days ago, we cant have a shower and we have been left completely hung out to dry. I am putting in a claim now with my credit card company as this company cannot be trusted.

EDIT - They haven't replied to a single email, these are SCAM company do not buy from this company as they will not send your goods, or refund you or respond to any emails or phone messages

Do not use this company....didn't deliver part of my order in time so had to get another ....promised refund and it never happened ....accounts team said they would chase up but never came :-(

TERRIBLE company. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Ordered an item, it never arrived - when I chased it up, I was told it was out of stock and they had emailed to let me know - I received no such email (checked spam). I requested a refund and I am still waiting.

I have chased several times; the email responses are extremely curt, and there is no way to contact them by phone.

UPDATE 19/12/22: I was repeatedly told that I would receive my refund within 28 days as this is the legal time given (I would argue this is incorrect, and that 14 days is the time given for refunds according to the Distance Selling regulations, but J&J are adamant they have 28 days).

It has now been more than 28 days and still no refund.

EDIT: it’s now been a couple of months. No refund so have had the hassle of a chargeback through my credit card company.
