DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Purchased Taps for bath and sinks, they weren't suitable ask for their return process. Was told to return the goods for a refund but they would not accept the parcel if it was not tracked. A little odd I thought at the time, but additional £15.00 parcel tracking fee paid and good were returned, delivered and signed for by the company.

Three months later still waiting for a refund, rude and blunt emails from customer service and being told that they don't recognise who at to their address signed for the delivery so don't believe the goods were received.

No refund yet!!!!! 🤬

This company is the worst I have ever dealt with so avoid them like the plague. I did get the bath and basin taps in line with their delivery date. However, the shower aspect of my order was a different matter. My interpretation is that they do not have all of the products they advertise in stock They told me they sent the shower but then said it went missing in transit? They then sent an alternative shower as a delay tactic (And say its a picking error). They will never return a phone call and its impossible to speak to anyone about your issue. Although I received my refund today they have not refunded the VAT I have paid on a product so far. My nightmare with this company started when I placed an order in October and was partially resolved today

No product, when eventually they confirmed product unavailable they continuously delayed providing a refund, and ultimately had to go via chargeback route. Nightmare company to deal with and highly unprofessional.

Late delivery by two weeks and blaming the courier.

Like many many others who order goods from these charlatans, my experience was horrendous! Ordered & paid for sink & strainers £700 in June 22, with website quoted lead time of 6 weeks. Goods still not in 17 weeks later & then I find that the goods are, by then in stock with their supplier, but they haven’t paid for the goods. I luckily got to them before they had been released to other customers of theirs. I bought the sink from them instead & tried to get a refund from Jack & Jill co. It took 1 month to get it after threatening to take them to the small claims court. I would think that less persistent customers might never get their money back! Please take note of the bad reviews & don’t be tempted by their keen prices! They are charlatans

Item returned and money refunded within 12 days smooth easy process couldn’t ask for much more

Only giving a 4* because I had to return but it was a simple process I sent the goods back and a week or 2 later I got my refund all I’m saying is this is a lot quicker then returning to boohoo which I had a nightmare with they took nearly a month to give me my money… I’ll be back to jack and Jill to get some other items after Xmas

Went into the showroom to purchase some bathroom goods and was there for at least 2 hours going through products and showing them pictures of my bathroom and dimensions etc the young lady who was there was extremely helpful and made sure I got everything I needed and didn’t miss everything they even gave me a 15% discount for coming in to store which is helpful at this time of year (can get the wife something good for Xmas now lol) anyway I ordered it on the day I went in which I think was Thursday last week and it arrived on Tuesday this week and currently being fitted and everything looks really really good and the products are top quality not a single product feels cheap or tacky I will be recommending to everyone I know thank you guys 😁

Still waiting for a refund - placed my order 18.10.22. Im guessing this company do not stock items and source them. So they take your money then go in search. So decided to cancel my order on 1.11.22. I am still waiting for my refund. They have stated it will take 30 days to receive a refund. Not sure why! really they hope they sort it out before I go legal on this. It's the principal. Fed up of being abused by companies like this :(

I have used Jack and Jill bathrooms over a period of three years across 2 separate projects and 3 bathrooms. I've found them give excellent customer service, support and aftercare. Even during periods of lockdown communication was great relating to deliveries and timescales were accurate. After two years we had a minor issue with our shower and jack and Jill provided further assistance to help us get a replacement. Our experience was 5/5, I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - TOTAL SCAM! I ordered two sinks, totalling £840, in August. They repeatedly said that they would be delivered but they didn’t! I requested a refund which didn’t appear either! I’ve had to seek help from my credit card company and will be seeking contact with trading standards.

Avoid this con-man. You will lose your money and not receive any goods. Early October I ordered items and was advised it would take 5 days for delivery. After 10 days I asked to cancel but was advised not possible as goods had been dispatched. They were never dispatched and goods have never arrived. Don't buy from them!

I ordered 2 sinks at the beginning of September for my kitchen and they have not arrived. Despite around 10 emails to the company they keep fobbing me off with saying that they are being quality checked or they don't have access to the warehouse information or other such rubbish. Phone line never answered and despite requests to speak with someone no one has called me back. I have now requested a refund from them - have contacted my bank about non delivery of goods and will also be contact trading standards. This company is clearly a scam - do NOT touch them with a barge pole.

Absolutely disgusting company. Ordered over 4 weeks ago when it said product was in stock. They are basically drop shipping! Excuse after excuse, it’s going through quality control, will be shipped this week etc. Only a number for sales, when you get through to them they say they have no access to systems for orders already placed. By this point I lost the plot and demanded a refund, very cocky guy on the phone hung up on me when I said we will be going to trading standards to report them if refund isn’t processed by the end of the day, phones back and turned the voicemail on which states due to social distancing voicemail isn’t monitored. Products might be £5 cheaper than elsewhere but believe me it is 100% not worth it. This company should be allowed to rob people like this. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Everyone having the same issues please join us in going to trading standards.

Avoid these crooks. Delivery of replacement toilet seat took forever, and only seemed to arrive after chasing it up.

Once my item had arrived, I realised it was the wrong one. Emailed asking if I could return, in which they asked for a photo of the item. I sent them a picture of the box, but they went on to ask for a picture of the actual item. With that in mind, I took it out of the box and wrapping to send them the picture they requested. They then responded that they cannot accept any returns that have been removed from the packaging. Almost funny! Reading other reviews, it sounds as though actually getting a refund out of them would've been a challenge anyway.

Ordered item on 04/09 and didn’t receive until 12/11 despite the item showing as in stock on the website. Was given incorrect dates and different excuses multiple times after chasing this up.
When item received it was the wrong part completely, with different dimensions. After emailing them asking for a refund they said that they didn’t know the part had been discontinued - surely they should realise they’re sending out a different part?

Not a legitimate supplier. Goods "dispatched" three weeks ago and no way to trace them or who the courier is. No contact phone number or way of getting in touch directly other than a non company email address with no name.

Skeptical about the director too
