This was the cheapest company I found my required tap by a considerable amount!
The delivery was longer then expected without any delivery updates which was slightly worrying.
I emailed through to check on my order and my response was very prompt (within 2h) and helpful.
It so happened that delivery was expected that day, which it did.
The costumer service was very good and their prices can’t be beat.
Overall I’m pleased with my order despite the slight delay in delivery and can certainly recommend to others!

Avoid this company! I have been waiting for 5 months to receive my order and haven’t heard back from the company! Now certain it is a scam and I cannot believe the good feedback here is true they must be false reviews, do not trust!!!

So let’s start with the negatives… they have a huge product range and it makes it extremely stressful to pick products for my new bathroom as I didn’t realise there was so much options! So I went down to their showroom and the staff there are extremely help and know a lot about the products they sell after a couple hours of going through books and displays etc I finally got my final list I waited about 20/30 mins for the manager to put the quote together for me and I got everything for just under £2.5k and everywhere else was quoting me around 4/5k plus! I paid for the order and then the items arrived a few days later the delivery driver was kind and offered to put the products in my house so I didn’t have to carry them and now just waiting for my plumber to come install them, I will be recommending to my brother who is doing his bathroom next 😀

Great company, had a small issue with purchase due to manufacturer, item was replaced free of charge, Promt replies about the order which was the cheapest I could find anywhere, will definitely use them again. 😀

Their customer service staff are extremely helpful I had no idea what bits I needed to fully complete my bathroom but after a lengthy phone call and I mean I was on the phone to the lady for at least an hour we finally ordered some bits it has all come now in a couple separate deliveries and my bathroom looks amazing the quality of their products is better then anything I seen in B&Q/Screwfix etc and I will be back to Jack And Jill to do my en suite in a couple of months just after Christmas I have already recommended to friends and family and will continue to do so 😁

Didn’t have in stock an item I ordered but no biggy because I got my refund a few days later will be back when the sinks back in stock

I can’t believe some of the reviews my experience was perfect I ordered a vanity unit on Friday and it arrived today (Tuesday) and it looks great massive thank you to everyone at the company will recommend you to all my family and friends

Had trouble with the courier which wasn’t their fault,kept me informed by email,always responded to my enquiries,item arrived with a new courier and is spot on

Ordered from here a couple weeks ago, items arrived in perfect condition, speedy delivery and quick responses. Compared prices to other places in the area and this was the best value for money😃

I ordered a bathroom mirror which was dispatched. Unfortunately this seemed to be stuck in the delivery depot. I asked for another mirror to be sent but the company said they couldn't dispatch until they started a claim with the courier. After some time they said they'd resend my order however I never received a tracking number. I asked for a refund but did not receive this either. I have now raised a complaint with my credit cards company to recoup the refund. There is no telephone contact with this company. Would not recommend.

Seriously poor customer service and an experience I never want to repeat.
Placed an online order for £252 in good faith and all I wanted was for the goods to be delivered on time.
You can't even speak to this company as they refuse to take calls or call you back.
Email replies are blunt, rude and deliberately unhelpful.
This company appears to go out of their way to 'peeve-off' their customers who try to contact them.
They said 3-5 days for delivery and I paid a hefty £40 for the privilege, but only one of the four items turned up. They weren't even bothered and just named the other companies who they purchased the items from for the late deliveries.
Now I'm forced to contact my VISA card company and claim for undelivered goods.
A really shocking experience and I would never recommend this company.

If waiting for an order best to email. Kept ringing and eventually managed to get through. After explaining tap was now wanted urgently they delivered it that day personally as live local. Couldn’t have asked for a better outcome.

Like everyone else I which I had read the reviews. We have a similar story to the last review but we have been waiting longer. After 16 weeks of appalling customer service I made my own enquiries and found out they are notorious in the industry. Their distributor has stopped doing business with them and I finally got help form another bathroom/kitchen retailer who said "Not them again" We have bought elsewhere but our requests for a refund go unanswered. I suspect we will never get it without taking them to court.

I just received my order, reading all this reviews I was thinking that this company is a scam. I have started chased them and finally after two weeks I got my order.
Everything was good and item as described.

We ordered a sink and trap from Jack & Jill Bathrooms on the 23rd August, we were told the items would take up to 6 weeks to arrive, when after 6 weeks the items didn’t arrive we contacted them to be told the items wouldn’t be available until January 2023! We asked for a refund on many occasions and as of today the 24th October we are still waiting. I wish we had read the awful reviews for this terrible company as I would not have used them, so I urge you to take this review as advice, never ever use this company they are crooks!!!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY.. Complete scammers , they are cheap because they don’t have any stock and will just steal your money .. Failed to deliver my order and a month later no refund just emails full of lied .. Promising to refund but every time failing .. Reported to my bank and trading standards who told me they have plenty of reports about this company and hope they will be shut down soon ..

Their quotes team are extremely knowledgeable and quick at responding now I just wait for my delivery
