Jack And Jill Bath Co Ltd Reviews 

This was just going to be a small simple review but after seeing the below I don’t think its fair that they don’t actually reflect how helpful they are at Jack And Jill. I aren't saying whether the issues below are fake or not but with what I experienced they did their absolute best to sort it out and it was all done in a couple of days. I get things happen but I cannot recommend Jack And Jill enough

Ordered a few items, one out of stock no update to advise when will be delivered you have to chase them for an update and they’re are clueless. You have no idea when goods will be delivered as they provide no email. They take your money knowing that items are out of stock but then you have to wait up to 28 days for a refund when the item was out of stock in the first place and they have no idea when it will be in stock.

Their prices may be cheaper than elsewhere but you’ll pay in poor/rude customer service if you’re lucky to receive a response. As many reviews on here have said AVOID!

Ordered a satin copper hot tap. (Colours on website were pick almost like a rose gold on all images that showed the tap) arrived in good time however when arrived it was very dark almost a brown bronze. Nowhere near the advertised colour. Contacted J&J who are claiming it's the correct colour and are refusing to pay for the item to be returned despite it being the wrong colour sent. Have created a comparison photo from their website and one sent and nowhere near the same colour.

AVOID!

This company proves exactly what it means when you say ‘family run’ they go above and beyond to make sure no issues happen and when the small one did they rectified it swiftly and I can’t complain, thanks J and J

Cheapest store online for what I wanted to buy. When a piece was missing, they sent it out with next day delivery, great service!

The toilet seat we ordered was found to be broken on delivery. I sent the company a picture of the damage. They were very quick to reply and immediately sent a replacement. I would certainly order from them again.

I ordered a kitchen sink and it came really quick and looks perfect

Waiting for the sink on a vanity unit that was first broken on transit and then has been delayed for a month. They now don't pick the phone up when I call. The new unit (as the first one was damaged) was finally sent to me on Friday and the basin was again missing. I have had to call myself today the company that supplies them with the items missing and they are telling me I should have all the items and they don't have a delivery scheduled for me today which I was promised on Friday. I am nearly 39wks pregnant and I Have a bathroom half finished because of your incompetence. WHERE IS MY BASIN!
The manager is never available to speak to....AVOID AVOID.

Excellent service; item found to damaged during delivery and every effort was made to rectify the issue. Speedy, reliable, 10/10 will buy from again

Very Happy. There were a few problems to begin with, with my order, but this was not Jack and Jill’s fault. But once things had been sorted my order arrived very quickly, and the was even with Easter weekend factored into the equation! There were also prompt replies to my emails.

It was a pleasure to shop with J&J, great selection and in the event that I needed to return something, the team was very responsive.

My elderly parents ordered a Reginox cream sink from this company, they where away for a few days when it arrived, so was unable to check for any damages, as there policy is you have to report any damages to item received within 2 days, absolutely awful, when they returned home they checked the sink and there was a huge crack running through the middle, they informed this company of the damage and was told there is nothing they can do as it has to be reported within the first 2 days. Don’t buy from these, absolutely terrible customer service. How they treat customers especially pensioners who have to save for a long time to purchase these items to be told there is nothing they can do, The fault was reported 1 week after delivery. This sink is only good for the bin. My poor parents.

Ordered a Karisma flush plate and paid £69.75, they sent a solea p2 one instead which retail for around £30 to £40 less. Also it took a week to arrive not the 3-5 days promised on their site. I will not use this company again.

Im absolutely exhausted by the time and effort ive had to put in with this company trying to get the goods I ordered. My order was placed on 18th March and the website quotes a 3-5 working day delivery unless you are contacted.......I have never been contacted by the company. Ive had to do all the chasing. 1 item arrived on day 6 but ive had to chase each of the other items, ive been fobbed off with excuses for delays. the wrong shower tray was then delivered...it was like pulling teeth getting them to take it back (it still awaiting collection right now) It seems this company are incapable of delivering the correct goods ordered. im also told due to THEIR mistake that I will have to wait 28 days for a refund.....there is no way in a professionally run company that a refund takes 28 days....thats just a way of them keeping our money for longer.
Unfortunately Jack and Jill bathrooms have a lot to learn and I hope they take note from the many bad reviews that have been left for them. (which I wish i'd read first!) Mistakes happens/delays happen...its how a company deals with them that counts. Im off now to further chase them on the missing items from my half finished bathroom!
AVOID would be my advice.

Was let down by Homebase and urgently required some Malmo Luxury Vinyl Floor Tiles. Tia was able to locate some at her supplier's and organised them to be available for urgent collection so I could finish the job in time. Very grateful for the quick, efficient and friendly service. Would highly recommend Jack and Jill Bath Co. Ltd.

I bought a Tavistock sink mixer tap for the bathroom. It arrived promptly but had had damage done to one of the levers prior to packaging ---- not the fault of J and J. They immediately contacted the supplier who eventually sent a new lever --- the wrong one. This saga went on for some weeks but throughout the whole sorry tale I received brilliant service from J and J bathrooms. Thank you Jack and Jill Bathrooms

Amazing service. Ordered a shower screen at 2pm which arrived 9.44am the next day. Having ordered one from Olumbworld which is (still) stuck at their courier 10 days later, Jack & Jill Bathrooms truly saved the day.

I bought a RAK toilet at a competitive price. I had to raise a number of issues about the toilet: every email was answered very promptly and the appropriate action taken by the sales department (who contacted the manufacturer). My issue was resolved speedily without any hassle whatsoever.

A company such as Jack & Jill is a rarity. It is an outstandingly efficient company: I have no hesitation in recommending them, and will definitely buy from them again.

We ordered a sink on the 24th December it is now March and we’ve still not received our sink, we’re waiting for our worktops fitting around getting this sink! We’ve only had communication if I’ve emailed them first, they never told us their was going to be a delay until I chased it up with them. I wouldn’t use this company again. Stay clear!
