Over the course days I've spent hundreds of dollars on 2 games and neither one so far, has not yielded anything of real value! I also pay 10 or 20 cents per spin so you do the math! Well if you really want to help people you can give them the damn money that they want that was bullcrap I tried one of your new games shake the tree and I hit for $33 when I had $67 and you never gave me the money and you guys are always screwing people out of their last two or three spins if they have like a dollar left and they're doing a 20 cent machine then you give them four spins or three spins and tell them that they have insufficient funds jackpot of screws everybody that way if they do that to a couple thousand people a day well I guess they got their money back

Horrible Customer Service
Where do i start? They had no problem accepting my deposits, but, since my driver's license was still in louisiana instead of texas, where I just moved, they locked me out of my account. I continously sent the validation they requested, but they continuously came up with numerous excuses for why i hadn't submitted the required documents correctly. They literally have given me the run around for over a month now. I won quite a bit of money, but I still til this day cannot withdraw it. I even sent them my IP address to show them I was in Texas. I 0 out of 10 recommend this pathetic platform. They have, hands down, the WORST customer service ive ever dealt with. They are literal THIEVES!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR PATIENCE!!!!

I lost the information to my old account, so I made a new one. They deleted the account, would not let me make a new one despite passing KYC and even took the money from the package I bought and never replied. Do not recommend, I’m out 100 dollars now and they are yet to reply.
