I enjoy the games, site is set up well. I do get tired of lagging at times, being disconnected from the server etc. I do wish that all withdrawls were immediate instead of some being next day.

Are free spins turned off or just paused to make revenue?

Wagered another 2.5k and 5 hours game time still no free spin feature. This is not including the fours and 4K from my last visit. This has to be a record of sorts. I wondered if the feature was turned off but my partners works lol. And so proceeded with another 1k wagered and still nothing. A whole week of game play and still nothing. Why should people play when fundamentals in the game do not seem active.

Well. I haven't won anything
15$ in lol. Great game selection. The loyalty bonus upon sign up is a finesse tho. You get 2500 but you need 5000 to activate your bonuses... Games are hitting but not like.. blingin'.. feel?

Very Poor Customer service

Very Poor Customer service, the only online casino that takes a percentage of any wins under 500, impossible to beat wagers on bonuses, and have to verify twice every 12 months, quick to take deposits, slow to pay withdrawals, if I could give a Zero I would, my advice, DO NOT PLAY HERE!!
