I have been trying to get a hold of them since the end of June about my withdrawal I never received and they have no phone number to call and they never answer their emails and I’m still waiting for my money. It’s only $60. It should not be this difficult to get my money. I have had so much trouble with this that I can’t even handle it anymore. It is the worst casino. very sad as Jackpot city was a great site. Recently they have changed bet's (if you play 4. bet they bumped it back to 2). They still pay our promptly, however if you ever get a free spin on multiple games you'll be lucky! Cashingo games don't work well, and when I put in a query about multiple jackpots that I took screen shots of I was given garbage excuses.

l think that when you offer free spins could be a little better than one or two and the wheel that we spin could pay out a little better also. l am not saying that win a million all the time. You said to be honest well there it is and l agree with the other people about Value for the money
