We recently purchased a Juki LU2810 from JackSew in Clearwater, FL, and the experience was absolutely outstanding. We worked directly with Chuck, the General Manager, and he was fantastic from start to finish.

Chuck was incredibly responsive, extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely easy to work with. Since we’re located in Southern Maine and they’re in Florida, we expected at least a few communication hiccups — but there were none. Everything was smooth, efficient, and professional.

After dealing with numerous companies that are slow to respond or difficult to get information from, this was a breath of fresh air. Chuck answered questions quickly, provided clear guidance, and made the entire purchasing process seamless.

The pricing was very competitive, the service was exceptional, and we’re truly excited about building a long-term relationship with JackSew.

Great service! I ordered my first industrial machine from Jacksew website and had a good experience with the company. I placed my order for a Juki DNU 1541S, fully assembled with additional features. I followed up with a phone call to the company to confirm my order and what to expect for delivery timing. I had several questions about the machine, and all were answered thoroughly. After about a week, I called a second time just to confirm delivery timing and was told that I could expect 3-4 days for shipping, as they just completed the build order. I received the machine on the fourth business day as expected. The Juki DNU 1541S, with speed reducer, servo motor and needle positioner and table, all arrived in excellent condition. The manuals aren't very helpful, but when I contacted Jacksew to ask about how to use the speed reducer, I received a prompt reply with a recorded demo on how to make the adjustments. I had additional questions about the needle positioner, and was told they were researching a manual on how to change the position from stopping in the up position to the down position and back again. Although I have not received information yet on how to adjust, my own research leads me to think it's not easy to do - I may decide to leave it as-is, at least for now. I'm overall very happy with my purchase and the machine is a dream for bag making, using heavy upholstery fabrics, canvas and leather!

I had a bad experience.
I bought a table and stand but the stand was bent.
I reported a complaint with a picture to change it for new one but they rejected it and kept saying that it is new there is nothing wrong with it. and they forced to me fix it and buy a hammer. I completely couldn't understand. I bought a new one, but they sent me defective product and kept saying that completely Unintelligible thing. It was terrible how they treated a customer. Further they asked me my nationality and ridiculed because of my accent. I felt so miserable. His name is Chuck. I never suggest using the services of Jacksew.

customer service. it would appear that there is no finished "owner's manual", or "user manual" just mimeographed pages, so consew needs to complete those. jacksew did help with all the printed information that they had access to, which helped tremendously. there is also reference to several videos. these really helped when using the written instructions got a little confusing. i think this machine will be great.

The table was not what was shown in the photo and the precut hole was the wrong size so we had to re shape that. No one would answer or return the multiple emails I sent.
Shipping was a nightmare as well. It took over a week longer than stated and sat in Louisville for days but they would “update” the delivery date to be the next day even though it wasn’t being sent out.

Website is easy to use. They actually send Genuine Juki parts unlike many other retailers who make you think you are getting genuine when you are not. Shipping was reasonable and arrived in a fair amount of time.

My table was un even a wobble I have to prop it up with a book I sent a picture to sew jack and they said that I would receive another and I have not received it yet. It’s been over a year now they will not return me a new table for my sewing machine.

Arrived on time and was a better product than I expected.

I had received the machine after the date I had asked. Paying 2 weeks in advance. When I received the machine hole for the bobbin stan was drill to close to the machine not allowing me to install it that location

Placed order and was worried about the lack of communication, then I looked up the business address and realized they were located in Florida on the west coast where the hurricane hit. Did get a communication, and the Skiver. Had to do some work on the machine to get the presser feet to fit properly. Imported machinery, it's to be expected. Thanks for everything. It's working nicely....

I just returned home from a great experience with Jacksew. I lost a screw out of my machine yesterday and couldn’t find it found their site and took my machine and had it taken care of in less than 10 minutes time. Had called several other places and they weren’t much help. Will definitely go there again if I need help.
