Fantastic company. I am a hobbyist sewer, so I lack a lot of experience. Jacksew helped me through issues that I thought were machine issues but were actually user error. The gentleman who provided me help through video call was professional and extremely helpful. I cannot recommend this company enough!

I recently purchased a Yamata and my husband was able to set it up. I used it for a week and I ran the machine without material under it (new to industrial machines and using a walking foot) in which the thread caught around the bobbin and locked the machine up. I called Mo and he had me bring my machine back to the shop when I returned to the Clearwater area. Mo took the bobbin area apart in front of my husband and explained what I did and how to repair. After he fixed the machine he showed me a few others things about the machine to help in in my learning process. I am wowed by this type of customer service. Allie and Matt were also great in the area of customer satisfaction. I have big plans for this machine. Thanks Jacksew!

It took one month for this machine to arrive even tho the website states it will ship in 48 hours. NEVER received one call from the company!! I called numerous times and was told it was on a truck at the warehouse or “it will be shipped tomorrow or a few days after.” What?? I did receive a shipping notification that it was being shipped thru ABF freight with a tracking number that could not be found and it arrived they southeast freight co. It arrived without any instructions at all to assemble other than the Manuel which doesn’t explain anything. You have no idea what screw goes where much less a washer!! Over a week later and we are still trying to put it together after watching video after video!! So far have not gotten to try the machine. This is a nightmare!!

I recommend everyone to shop with jacksew for all top of the line industrial machines. Had a few issues with my product and Moe and the guys helped me troubleshoot and solved my issues in the quickest manner. Once again these Guys are very trust worthy and men of their words. Customer service is top notch and shipping is fast. They also have the best prices on the market .

These guys are extremely professional. The customer service is immaculate, compared to other places. My machine took a month to arrive .But was totally the fault of the shipping company/weather. Machine was perfectly packaged to ensure no damage during shipment. Looking forward to do more biz with jacksew.

I bought a juki 1541S from jacksew. Was shipped in a good amount of time and no cost shopping was great. I did have issues with it being out of time and needle not dropping far enough. My first machine so had no idea what was wrong. Moe their technician did a zoom call with me and he walked me thru how to fix it. It was very easy honestly. Works like a champ and glad I bought from jacksew. Thanks for the help Moe much appreciated.

I ordered the juki hook assembly, and received exactly what I needed! Shipping took a little longer than expected, but the piece was great quality. I'm a happy customer!

Moe is great. I have spoken with many online sewing machine dealers. I had a hard time buying into the BS most of them spew. It was not like this at Jacksew! Moe did exactly as he said would. My machine arrived on time. There were no EXTRA delivery charges at the last minute. Every communication was pleasant and cheerful.

This has been not only a good experience for buying a sewing machine....but probably one of my most pleasant and enjoyable online shopping experience....period. I absolutely mean these words too! Just cant say enough positive things here.

Forget the others (goldstar is terrible) and go here first.
