Wrong item sent and when tried to contact them about a refund via multiple channels, I got completely ignored so have been left with the incorrect item and no money back .

One star is flattery. This website is fraudulent. Do not use! I purchased a shaft, money taken out of my account immediately, there have been no details provided on the shipment. I have attempted to contact these people 10 times, not a single email, online chat or email request has been answered. I urge you to avoid this service, unless you want to be scammed
