Warning !! do not order from this company, £280 fujikura golf shaft custom build. Order not received , contacted Jack Ainscough. Jack made excuses , stalling tactics , simply didn’t reply , random problems with staff , equipment , process , all with the intention to deceive . The worst company you’ll ever encounter .
Pitiful customer service.
Item delivery was messed up by Evri. Not Jacks Golf Academy's fault. But I asked him to investigate and follow up with Evri, as he was the shipper, since I was getting nowhere with Evri. Two emails to JGA...nothing. Went on their chat function and said I was preparing a Trustpilot review, and instantly received a response, saying he didn't get the emails, that he would investigate and promising a replacement if it was lost. Then absolutely nothing, despite several chases by email.
Jacks Golf Academy clearly doesn't know or care about good post-sale customer service and doesn't realise that's how you increase your repeat customer ratio.
I’ve reported him to Action Fraud, so they’ll investigate him, but I strongly advise people to avoid Jacks Golf Academy. There are much better and more reliable options out there for golf equipment.
