Shipping was fast
Shipping was fast. The quality was good, However one of the knives had rust on the tang and they could have been sharper. I had trouble cutting a piece of paper. I would like to see you guys make an axe. I would buy again but I was a little surprised about the rust and sharpness of the knives.

READ THIS IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBTS!
I bought 2 knives from Jackson, one of them had an issue with the way the blade sat when closed. I emailed them and within 2 hours I had return paid postage and a very detailed set of questions as to what I would like to do with the knife; repair, refund, exchange. Both knives are definitely hand made, they are not perfect as nothing hand made will be! They are superior craftsman quality. As far as people complaining about 2 weeks this or that, these are truly HAND MADE. I will be buying from Jackson again. And a big thank you to MIKE for being so prompt and respectful.

The worst experience ever
The worst experience ever, I'm having AMEX refuse the charges of the purchase.
2nd week my order still hasn't shipped, they refuse to answer any questions. ONE BIG SCAM!!! I'VE REPORTED JACKSON BLADES TO MY STATE'S ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE AND TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND FILED COMPLAINTS WITH AMAZON WHO THEY USE FOR AMAZON PAY. SCAM FROM PAKISTAN.

Only artwork and not a knif
I purchased two Damascus Pocket Knives, one was supposed to have a pocket clip and did not have one so I was sent a Return Authorization and sent it back with tracking number almost two months ago and still no replacement, so I sent the other to an inspection laboratory to have it tested and hecked HRC 21-26 when it was supposed to be Rockwell HRC 57-59 c.
False advertising and only artwork and not a knife that will hold an edge BUYER BEWARE.
Now I get not response and I don't the knife I sent back and the other cannot be considered a knife

The knife edge is blunt no edge the knife also looks like a blank that came off of a knife making website and some handle were put on. The handle also not epoxy all the way thru and the laquer has drip marks on the handle as well
