I was extremely pleased with my order for two types of hedging roses which arrived in less that 48 hours. The plants were packaged well and in good condition. They were of a good size with healthy roots. I planted them today and look forward to seeing great roses in the summer.

I visited Jacksons for a wreath making experience. It was fantastic, Jodie had loads of things to choose from to add to the wreaths.
We also had a cup of tea included and a delicious home made mince 😋.
It was a lot cheaper than similar classes but just as good.

Went looking for a Christmas tree and was very disappointed by the lack of selection. There were very few trees available, and the ones that were there didn’t look great. For a place that should be well stocked during the Christmas season, this was frustrating. Ended up leaving without buying anything. Staffed look tired and cold during this weather!
No Christmas feeling or spirt in the garden centre!

Very pleased with our order from Jacksons Nurseries. Plants extremely well packaged for transit resulting in their being in very good condition on arrival. Looking better than one we had purchased from a nearby garden centre. Would highly recommend this company and will definitely be placing more orders with them in the future.

Ordering was simple, postage costs very reasonable and the plants were sent quickly. Tracking was excellent, I could see where the delivery was almost in real time.
The plants were very well packed and arrived in perfect condition, looking strong and healthy.
This was such a good experience I felt giving a review was the least I could do!
Will not hesitate to order from this nursery again.

I recently received a potted Christmas tree from Jackson's and I was absolutely delighted with it.It was well wrapped and watered.I had never had one before so I was a bit dubious about what it would be like but I needn't have worried.I can't wait to bring it in and decorate it.The price was reasonable compared to others online so I didn't mind the postage cost.I would highly recommend.

Such good service, quality and value for money, can't recommend this nursery highly enough, the communication was excellent, and when the plants arrived, they were in excellent condition and so well packaged - I buy a lot of plants on-line and have never before received such good and well-packaged plants. The delivery charge is also amazingly good value!

Jacksons Nurseries are fantastic!
I've recently had Jacksons Nurseries provide plants for a conference exhibition and from start to finish they have been brilliant. Not only was it a fairly short notice order but our delivery and pick up times were very specific as well. Hayden has been brilliant at communicating with us, helping us with photos to allow us to pick the right plants in stock as well as providing the delivery and pick up assistance. We had great feedback from the display at the exhibition and the plants were then donated afterwards - which Jacksons also helped with. All in all couldn't recommend Jacksons Nurseries enough- very accommodating.

This company by far exceeded my expectations, they were prompt, helpful and knowledgeable with my queries, extremely competitive in pricing and their products are exceptional, I would buy from here time and again and highly recommend them to any purchaser, thank you Luke and your team for such outstanding service

Absolutely brilliant from ease of ordering, communication through to delivery. And a lovely photinia exactly as advertised.

Wish I had found them earlier, as streets ahead of another nursery we bought from earlier this year in terms of customer service and tree quality.

What a great plant nursery. From my initial contact online with them they could not have been more helpful, sourcing additional plants so I could buy the number I needed. They arrived extremely carefully packaged, in excellent condition, happy, healthy plants.

The tree I ordered was delivered within the two hour delivery window and the driver left it exactly where I requested. The tree was beautifully wrapped and secure on its pallet.
I was impressed by the quality of the communications between myself and Jacksons. I was kept informed about the progress of my order.
The tree itself is in lovely condition and looks wonderful in the place in the garden reserved for it.
This is a first rate service. If I'd gone to the nursery myself and chosen a tree I couldn't have picked a better specimen.

Wanted some dwarf Azaleas , nothing available locally.
Found them on Jacksons at nice price and good variety , ordered them and delivered within a few days .
They came really well packed and protected .
The three pants look extremely healthy .

Great garden centre with huge range of plants on offer.
I ordered a selection of Sedum plants which arrived very quickly, well packed, delivered safely.
There was a minor issue with one of the plants but that was very quickly sorted out with Luke (sales dept:), very helpful and friendly and easy to communicate with.
Definitely recommend this centre for your online requirements.

Unfortunately on this occasion I had an issue with my order - my reason for leaving a 5-star review is because of the way it was handled. My concerns were acknowledged, and the manager contacted me by phone to discuss. Everyone I spoke to was very polite, and the issue was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction.
