I ordered a beautiful koto no Ito acer and that’s exactly what I got. I’ve wanted one for ages. Others I have seen have been so expensive. The acer I bought was a really good price under £30 and it was a nice size. I asked in the notes when ordering for some lower branches as I was hoping for a bushier plant rather than a pole. When I received the tree it was packaged so well in a suitable box so the delivery driver knew to keep it upright. It was in absolutely perfect condition. I would most definitely order again and highly recommend.

I ordered 3 plants from Jackson’s as I was unable to find what I wanted locally. I am absolutely delighted with the plants. They are really healthy and way bigger/more established than I had hoped (always difficult to know when buying online) and I am sure the equivalent would have cost me significantly more if I had managed to find them in our local plant nurseries. They were also very well packaged. I will definitely use Jackson’s again if I am on the look out for more shrubs.

Healthy plants & well secured when posted. It was my second time that I ordered plants from the grower. Good website with easy to follow tabs helping novice gardeners decide what to purchase. The 'At a Glance' section when selecting a plant is great; one can quickly see what the plant needs. Prices are also very good. Fast shipping and like others here said, very securely wrapped when posted in sturdy boxes. I will be buying again in the future

I have ordered various bamboo plants from this nursery online and they have all been well packed and healthy looking when they arrived. Any issues with stock availability were sorted out promptly with Jodie with the option of choosing another plant or refund given. I would recommend Jacksons as some other online plant sellers are have sent me horrendous specimens

Plant arrived well packed and in great condition. Customer service were also friendly and helpful when I emailed for a delivery update.

Jodie was so helpful when there was a problem with my order (my fault, the address was incorrect). She liaised with the delivery company. The plants we redelivered back to the nursery where they opened them, checked and watered them, repackaged and sent it to the correct address. Great plants seemingly unaffected by their extended journey. Thanks again Jodie

I ordered potentilla from the company because they had a much wider selection and the prices were very good. I queried delivery by mobile text and received a phone call back within ten minutes explaining which was a wow for me. My plants arrived beautifully packed and very healthy. I couldn’t be happier. Would recommend highly.

Delivery was quick and the plants were not only very good value for the size compared to alternative nurseries but were also great quality when they arrived. I would have no hesitation in buying from them again.

We got a voucher for Christmas had to change it to e voucher with no problem .We order online Jackson’s had great variety on there site. We put our order in we got updates every day to tell us what was happening.We got our delivery 3 days of ordering plants was fantastic I am self employed gardener I no good plants when I see them and I had to phone them twice before ordering and delivery lady in account her help was fantastic well done team Jackson’s 12 out of 10 thank you R Dalgliesh

This is an extremely easy review to submit. I have just received my order of Hybrid Tea Roses from Jackson's Nurseries in excellent condition. They arrived within 2 days from ordering.
Delivered by a courteous and punctual courier.
The packaging is superb, and obviously carried out by a professional and efficient member of staff.I

It’s my first time using Jackson’s Nurseries, and it won’t be the last. I ordered some seed potatoes and I received them a few days later.The speed and efficiency of the delivery was excellent.
Some of the order was missing, however when I phoned up customer services they were very understanding and obliging and hey presto the next morning the rest of my order was delivered! Very impressive. A straight forward and easy company to deal with. Excellent service.Thank you Jackson’s Nurseries.

I bought my Christmas Tree from this company. I couldn’t fault it, a lovely tree which hardly dropped a needle and is in my garden with a view to digging it up for Christmas 2025! Great customer service too.

We visited Jacksons Tea Rooms to meet up with family and have a meal. This was our first time there and we were very impressed with the layout and facilities of the Tea Room. Tim, one of the staff members looked after our table for six from the minute we arrived to when we left and was friendly and very jovial and his service was excellent. I would highly recommend you visit for yourselves and you won't be disappointed.

I was a bit dubious about buying a Christmas tree online, but Jacksons have supplied and delivered me one of the nicest trees we have ever purchased! Fantastic service & delivery.

UPDATE: Experience made much better by Luke who responded promptly and suggested a solution for my problem. He got back to me within a day of posting my review and offered a partial refund, as well as agreed to fix the issue that caused my problem in the first place. Despite being displeased with the product I have to commend the customer service, as my problem has been fixed.

Sadly unhappy with tree but customer service from Jacksons was excellent. Immediate offer to replace or refund.
