Placed an order for a pot grown Christmas tree.
Great communication from both the company and the courier. Tree delivered on time and in lovely condition.
Also very competitive price.

Everything about this order was oustanding. Customer Services corrected my mistake in the original order, and told me they would email a confirmation when the items were ready. Email arrived and the delivery company APC was within 10 minutes of the given time.
Best of all the bare rooted plants had a really well developed root ball. 100% positive experience.

Me and my partner have been ordering Christmas trees and some other items now and again from Jacksons for a few years now. The quality is consistently outstanding. On the rare occasion I have used customer services they are very friendly and helpful. A business worth supporting.

Products, delivery service & packaging all very good.
My experience of their web site caused a problem. I ordered 6 items but they only had four, so I amended my order to four. However the site at checkout charged me for six. It was weekend so no staff to sort it out. Monday they sorted it immediately, giving a refund.

Ordered online from a good selection. Kept informed regarding delivery. Plants arrived in good condition.

Ordered a Hebe plant day 1, packed day 2, shipped day 3, received day 4 and in perfect condition in a sturdy box really good service could not be bettered

I recently ordered and received some excellent plants from Jackson's Nurseries. The Skimmias (Kew Green) and the Cyclamen (Coum) all had good white roots and the general condition of the plants was good too. I would certain recommend this garden nursery for the excellent quality of their plants.

I found customer services both polite and very helpful. Plants arrived in better condition that I would expect for mid-Autumn.
Unfortunately, the courier service is part of the buying experience - hence the loss of one rating point. I never received a "notificataion from the courier ..... with tracking details". (For personal reasons, that was an important issue). I raised this and the courier was both rude and dismissive.

I am delighted with both the quality of the plants I received from Jackson’s Nursery and the way they were so carefully packaged. They arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Top marks to the team at Jacksons Nursery for the brilliant service.

I have just bought 3 hardy geraniums for my garden. The plants are really beautiful - quite large, very healthy and ready for the garden. I'm very pleased with them. Thank you so much.

I recently placed an order for 3 rose bushes . They were a gift to my daughter . I live in Spain and she is in the UK so now and then I like to indulge her and buy her a gift.

She LOVES her garden, as I do.



I expected cut back dormant twigs to arrive.

What was delivered far exceeded my expectations .

3 beautiful healthy plants, fleshy green leaves and even some buds .

To say i was thrilled was an understatement.

Fabulous quality plants.

I have not seen them personally , but my daughter has sent me photos.

Top quality from order to delivery...... I had looked on line for a Robinia Lace Lady and chose Jacksons. I was kept informed from the moment of placing the order - and then learned that delivery would be on the hottest day of the year! No need to worry - the plant was superbly packaged and in immaculate condition, a real joy to receive. So delighted.

Just received our repeat online order delivery of palletised potted shrubs to our home in Perthshire. Happy to say that Jacksons Nurseries and their courier have once again exceeded our expectations. Excellent customer service from Sharon and Jodie, hassle free online order system, great quality shrubs delivered to our driveway by helpful driver.

Just want to echo all the previous five star reviews.
Excellent packaging, top quality acers/ferns and value for money. Would pay more for two hour timed delivery slot if available. Will definitely be using Jacksons again.

I expect I'm not alone that when I receive plants through the post my heart sinks -the chaps that arrive I'd have never in a million years selected myself but I just rationalise the disappointment away. What a difference it was today, getting an Acer Palmatum Orange Dream from Jacksons Nurseries - a beautiful specimen meticulously packaged and in prime condition. Fabulous!
