I searched & searched and finally found the Prince of Orange, Papaver Orientalis to replace mine that had died after many years of gloriousness. Yes I found seed sellers but I wanted immediacy of a potted plant. Wow jackson's Nurseries fill the bill. A 2 litre potted plant. I waited a week for delivery & boy was it worth it. The package was carefully labelled as "perishable" "live plants" and packed with great care - taping the plant seceurely and worth every penny of the £12.99 delivery charge. What a thriving beautiful plant. I want it to flower tomorrow, but that's silly thinking. It is healthy, lucious and hopefully will bloom soon. I just love it! Thank you Jackson's, I'm over the moon.

Excellent customer service. I e-mailed twice with questions about my order and got replies within 3 hours to both. Plants came well packaged and are well established specimens, extremely good value for money.

Wasn't sure about online deliveries, especially as I was ordering quite far to Fife in Scotland but the communication was excellent, the plants arrived well packaged, plenty of moisture, very healthy.

I ordered Bilberry plants, an excellent plant that is harder to find from nurseries up by me (strongly recommend giving it a go, more interesting taste than a blueberry and more antioxidants, recommended by Eastern European friends).

I did have an issue with the size of the plants on delivery as the roots hadn't developed much past an early stage growing pot and I was purchasing a 1.5-2Ltr size, understandable - slow growing plant, can't always tell until you go to plant it, weather impact etc. But you learn more from how a company responds to a small issue than a straightforward purchase. Sent a couple of photos, straight back to me with a very reasonable partial refund, clear communication again. Would not hesitate to recommend this company!

Plants arrived in excellent condition, flourishing & healthy & this was also due to fantastic method of packing & the delivery arrangements, which were timely as promised. Praise cannot be too high!!! This has been my best online nursery experience.

Plants were well described on website with plenty of info and pictures. Received in good order and well packaged, plants look great, very healthy and well developed, fabulous roots.

Personal quick service. Very well cared for specimen delivered within 24hrs. Always used Jacksons when living local to them, now living 100 miles away, first port of call for a hard to find garden shrub.

First time used Jackson nursery online to order plants heather plants are Exalent very pleased with service and staff on phone were very kind and patient with us.

Have used these regularly. Always good service and great plants. Last order contained 4 plants worth around £50 which did not grow/take. With accompanying photo Jacksons replaced these with 4 excellent replacements. Great customer service and also a good variety of plants to choose from.

Plants are easil located due to alphabetic signage. In good condition. Plants have indicators of what conditions they like, not always the case with a nursery.
Wide selection.
Staff pleasant and helpful.
Only downside was location. Lot of narrow twisting roads from north. However well worth it. Will try their postal service next time.
The cafe was popular as well.

Not surprised at the positive feedback this nursery is receiving. The 5 roses (Rosa rugosa Roseraie de l'Hay) arrived very well packaged and in excellent condition, next day delivery. They are a good size and healthy. Friendly customer service over the phone.

Bought a rose with my father's name. It arrived really quickly and was a really nice sized plant and is in absolutely tip top condition. Absolutely delighted.

Ordered 7 trees at a really affordable price. I therefore had pretty low expectations, but when they arrived I was WOWed! Really well packed, really good quality trees. I would say the delivery team didn't do a great job. When they opened the back of the truck one box was fully on it's side and the others were a bit leaning over. But due to the amazing packing the trees came out unscathed. Will definitely buy from here again!!

Our son ordered a plant for his mother for Mothering Sunday but it failed to grow. We contacted Jacksons Nurseries who requested we send a photo. Upon receipt, they happily agreed to replace it without any discussion and a healthy plant was delivered on the agreed date and is thriving.
