Good service from start to finish. Installation efficient and great work and clean up.

Excellent service from start to finish. They were very quick and left everything spotless. Working with concrete walls isn't easy, but they managed it flawlessly with no damage at all. We couldn't be happier

We had all new windows installed which was long overdue and now they look amazing. From start to finish Jacksons were professional, friendly and considerate - this means all the team members I had dealings with - from the initial salesman to do the quote, then the measure-up, the office people who answered questions and the installers themselves who worked tirelessly and got the job done nicely before the rains came. Am happy with this company, they've done a decent job.

I would recommend you to get in touch with Jackson windows the quality of there products are as good as it gets, their installation is carried out with all due diligence and they go that extra mile so the customer is happy . The whole process from start to finish is I found an enjoyable experience when you stand back and look at the final transition would highly recommended them to you .

Got a new front door and french doors fitted. The installer was excellent and did a great job. The only small problem was the front door was incorrect due to a mistake with the order. The staff were brilliant and ordered the correct front door which arrived within a couple of weeks.

Have used Jackson windows earlier this year to put in new double glazed windows. One was a bay window. The guys that came out were both brilliant. It was raining all day, they carried on in the wet using a tarpaulin attached to the van. Very very professional and friendly. When ordering the windows, the ladies were very helpful, was advised of progress of order regularly. Recently had a new front door fitted, couple of weeks back, again 5 stars for the friendly service and the guy who fitted, very polite and professional. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would certainly use again. A big thank you!

2nd time I have used Jackson’s this time was for fitting an argon glass roof to my conservatory and previously for front and back doors. From the initial quote to organising the work, installation and after care support I couldn’t be happier. All went smoothly, good communication and did exactly as they said when they said. We had a large amount of windows and doors fitted quite a few years ago by this company which we are very pleased with however one patio door lock was becoming increasingly difficult to use.
An appointment was arranged for someone to come and look at it - the service was excellent - they came at the stated time and solved the problem within a few minutes and stated there would be no charge - what excellent customer service - we can highly recommend!

Just had 4 new windows fitted the same first class service as usual by Mike and his assistant. We have used this company for about 20 years never had any problems if there has been any fault it has been resolved quickly, always get good advice from David the representative never been pressurised into buying. Having been disappointed with the workmanship and cost of a replacement conservatory roof carried out by a Glazing company from East Yorkshire last year, I decided to give Jackson Windows a try for my latest project.
This turned out to be very good decision, the salesman who attended was friendly and knowledgeable, giving good advice on the style and functionality of the new windows. In total I was quoted for 8 replacement PVC Windows, including a 3 section bay and 1 new window complete with building work to form the opening. The price I was quoted was significantly below what I had been expecting, so much so, that the following day I also ordered aluminium bifold doors to form a partition between my dining room and conservatory.
The installation went very smoothly, the workmanship of the fitters was exceptional, an increasingly rare thing these days, and the new windows look very good and have transformed the look of the house.
All in all, my experience with Jackson Windows has been very positive, I only wish I had tried them earlier for my previous replacement doors and conservatory roof projects.

Waste of time, promised a quote within a few days, didn't hear a thing, weeks later nothing, ignorant really, a neighbour said Jacksons are known for not bothering to give a quote, surprised they are still in business.Thankfully used a professional company. If you want your time wasting Jacksons are the experts.

We chose this company because it was recommended by a neighbour and we are very pleased with the service and fitting of a new front door. The surveyor double checked that our order was exactly what we wanted and we were given a firm installation date that the company kept to.

We had all the windows in our house replaced and two doors. The whole experience went extremely smoothly.
We were given a date for installation several months ahead of confirming the order but without any prompting the fitters turned up on time. Adie and Jason did an outstanding job and although there must have been one or two problems we never heard anything about them and the standard of finish was brilliant. We are absolutely delighted with the finished job.
