New windows was a very daunting project for us , normally anything we buy or have done is fraught with problems. A few years now we have been pondering getting them done and when the final panel in the front 'blew' we thought it was time as we couldn't see out anymore. Jackson Windows were excellent all the way through and the installation went without a hitch thanks to Andy and Barry, a very efficient team. Highly recommend this company.

Had windows , door and bi-folds fitted 4 July they look amazing , workmanship is 2nd to none , men done a brilliant job left everything clean and tidy would recommend to anyone

First of all I have to say that the fitter made an excellent job of installing our new windows, he was efficient and kept everything covered and clean. We initially had some worries about possible damage to the tiles surrounding the windows in the bathroom and kitchen, we needn't have been. It was all finished perfectly.

Our problem was that we wanted "Tilt & Turn" windows. The salesman said that would be OK and arranged for a surveyors appointment. The surveyor took all the measurements and said that would be fine and we paid the required 50% deposit. However a week later the salesman got back in touch and "assumed" that the surveyor had already got back to us and told us that "Tilt & Turn" wasn't possible! The explanation was that a couple of the windows were too big, (1.2m x 0.91m). We then had another visit from the salesman to discuss alternatives.

Overall we are a little disappointed that we didn't get what we wanted, but the fit and finish of the new windows is excellent.

Our windows and doors were fitted in 2015 and they look as beautiful and clean today as they did then. Really pleased with service.

Jackson Windows have recently installed doors and glazed surround for inside our front porch and rear door into our hall. We are delighted with the job, being impressed by the first visit for a quote in which a thorough inspection was made, and full explanation of what would be involved given. The surveyor was equally thorough and communicative.
We were given an unexpectedly short turnaround time for the work to be carried out, and that date was adhered to.
The two installation technicians arrived promptly and worked very efficiently, leaving the working area very clean and tidy with amazingly little making good to be done.
We did get a lower quote for the job from elsewhere, but we were left with little confidence that the job wold be as good as Jackson's, and we are happy that we made the right decision. We are well satisfied with the appearance of the doors and surrounds, with the quality of the product and work and with the service provided at all stages of the process.

We needed to replace an old, falling down conservatory. We chose Jackson's Windows because they had recently fitted a bi-fold door in our living-room and we were really pleased with the quality of it and the quality of the installation. The new conservatory was installed three weeks ago. The quality is excellent, the small touches like the flashing between the house and the conservatory is excellent and done to a very high standard. The old rotten wood was all removed and the area left in a clean and tidy state. All round a very pleasant outcome. Thank you.

My belief in love at first sight was confirmed this week when I saw my beautiful Jackson back door. As it happened it was being very efficiently fitted by Mike, when a family came to view my house as it was on the market. After such glowing praise from them I had a complete change of heart and decided not to move house after all, as I can't bear to leave my lovely new Jackson door, (which goes so well with my Jackson windows). Life changing, that's what it was.

Absolutely brilliant service and a quality product, I couldn’t have wished for anything better…The fitter was a great guy.. all done and dusted in 2 days..thanks.

I'd like to write about the quality of the windows, but having ordered the 1st week of September, we have been told Jan 7th 2021, for just a patio door, and 2 windows, 4 Months! Poor service, can't even get our deposit back, wish we'd never heard of them, do yourself a favor AVOID THEM.
"EDIT" in response to tradeglaze's comments"We offered to install your windows first but you preferred to have all installation work done at the same time." Err NO I asked why couldn't the windows be fitted first, and was told that wasn't possible, a complete opposite to the tradglaze reply, It seems to me they go out of their way to earn this 1star review, after a cold winter I hope to be proved wrong!

Happy with service from beginning to end. Anthracite French doors in Kitchen and bifolds in lounge look amazing. Workmen helpful and mindful of Covid precautions.
Pleased we paid bit extra and used them as I know some people still waiting for doors because of Covid backlog.

Excellent service from initial enquiry all the way through to installation. Fitters were superb, clean, tidy and you’d never know the window has been reduced in size due to the brick work and attention to detail.

Installation necessarily delayed from March due to Covid but booked in for Sep 1st - on time, swift installation, job well done with minimum of fuss.
All problems quickly solved and dealt with.
Friendly competent staff.

Super windows and doors. Had 2 stable doors and composite front door. Windows are white wood grain and look beautiful. Unfortunately, Still waiting fo them to finish. Wanted front door in clear glass, despite assurances that this could be done, it came with frosted glass. One door won't lock properly. So from a security point of view, not ideal. Would have liked issues to have been resolved more quickly.

We are very satisfied with our new conservatory, although Corbin 19 held things up a bit when it did start the installers worked very hard to get it done in the shortest possible time and we are now enjoying the perfect addition to our home.

Well what can I say...... Perfect does not go far enough to describe Jackson Windows!! They went out of their way to find a solution to our needs...they went off-book and found, supplied and fitted a product that did not exist in their portfolio... at a very competitive price! Our request was unusual due to the location of an existing set of stairs, one of the doors needing to be "fixed" ie a dummy and a very restrictive fitting space.... but their fitter took it all in his stride and did a fabulous job! It didn't end there... aftersales kicked in when we requested a more secure lock.... nothing was too much trouble. Jackson's went above and beyond...and I would highly recommend them to everyone! Just awesome....

Sensible price, quick service, arrived on the day they said they would. The pair of installers worked hard and completed the job quickly and on time.
Jackson’s previously built my conservatory to a high standard, which is why I used them for my new windows.
