BAD. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. THIS BUSINESS DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE A SINGLE STAR. Beware when answering something from the internet, you'll never know when you're already subscribed into some magazine you don't even know! THEY WILL NEVER NOTIFY YOU, ASK YOU FOR CONFIRMATION ABOUT YOUR SUBSCRIPTION THEY JUST SEND IT AS FAST AS THEY CAN SO YOU END UP PAYING. I got this bill saying I need to pay 571kr or else the case will be handed over debt collection , which will result in additional cost to me. WOW. JUST WOW. I NEVER KNEW I HAD A SUBSCRIPTION WITH THIS COMPANY UNTIL NOW!! They never made it clear or emailed me about it. ITS UNAUTHORIZED. THEY NEVER NOTIFIED ME PROPERLY THAT I AM ACTUALLY SUBSCRIBED TO THEM, had i known, i would have cancelled it immediately!! I DONT EVEN UNDERSTAND DANISH. I just kept getting these magazine that I don't even read, understand or need (which goes to the trash directly after taking it from the mailbox). Is this how they do business? and the customer service is very bad, she is very rude, is that how you treat customers? even unwilling, i am still technically a customer. I never knew I bought/ordered something from them, I got magazines in the mailbox, i assumed they are free or its some sort of promotion because i get no information from them, I didn't think it would cost me because i never ordered any magazine so my first conclusion is that they maybe sending it for promotion purposes. Seriously, how do you get away with this?
