Serious concerns regarding conduct, accuracy of information, and data handling
My initial complaint relates to KB Property Group and being incorrectly signed into a tenancy under the wrong property details. However, my experience with Jacobs Management Ltd has raised further serious concerns.
There has been ongoing confusion regarding my correct address (Flat 4 vs Flat 6), despite clear evidence that the correct address is known to those involved. For example, credit was applied to the electricity meter for Flat 4, which I confirmed receiving. Despite this, I have continued to receive documentation referring to Flat 6.
Attempts were then made to adjust or relabel meter numbers, which only added further confusion rather than resolving the issue. When I raised concerns about this, I was dismissed as being “awkward” for simply trying to ensure my legal documents were accurate.
Communication has been inconsistent and unprofessional. I have been told on multiple occasions that I would receive a call to resolve the situation, however weeks later I am still waiting with no meaningful update.
There are also serious concerns around the handling of personal data. I was contacted outside of normal hours (around 00:45am), and sensitive information including my National Insurance number was shared in a way that did not feel secure. When I followed this up, there appeared to be a lack of awareness of who I was, which raises concerns about how personal information is being managed.
It is also worth noting that a review on this page appears to have been left by “Izzy Jacob”, who is directly involved in my case. If this is the same individual, this raises concerns about the authenticity and transparency of reviews as well as the current case.
Ironically, I am still waiting for a promised phone call from "Izzy Jacob"regarding the correction of incorrect legal documents (as of 25/03/2026), with no follow-up, update, or attempt to rearrange.
Overall, the experience has been stressful, time-consuming, and unresolved. The matter has now been escalated to the relevant authorities.
I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.
