Terrible experience. On November 27th I purchased from them because they promised next-day delivery, and it never arrived. The courier claimed attempted deliveries that never happened, and customer service refused to send a replacement or offer any real help. I’ve been left with no tree, no solution, and a completely failed “next-day” service. Would not recommend.
Update - it's December 18th. Still no tree and still no refund.
We ordered an 8ft pre lit tree, the tree itself looked great but after 10 minutes the lights stopped working. I emailed them that evening and the morning after had an email, they sent a replacement lead by next day delivery and everything is working great. Would recommend.
The lights are described on website as 'warm white' They are not warm they are 'ice bright' like a fluorescent light. The company are not interested. And if you have any issues with your tree the next year you open it and find the lights not working etc- that's tough as they told me 'you have had it for 12 months!' A tree only goes up for 2 weeks in a whole year and my last tree lasted me years. Terrible company would not recommend buying from them.
BUY WITH CAUTION - I ordered a christmas tree for £289 on the 13th December 2023,it never showed up and when I called the company on the 15th December the answerphone message said we are now closed for Christmas - It actually did turn up on the 18th December, but the not knowing was extremely stressful and of course I had to buy a tree to make do at such short notice.
I opened the box this year and to my disappointment the tree lights are not the WARM WHITE as described but that very bright blue white light. It is possibly a faulty light colour changer or perhaps the wrong tree sent out, but with no response from the company, as yet, this is a very bad service and terrible company practice.
I have emailed the company and been totally ignored!

We ordered a tree at £420 from their website that looks legit. It came quickly and looked great but the lights don't work and transformer smelled of burning.
Went to them for support and they made promise after promise to sort it. Nothing happened. Just led on and on. Eventually requested refund and return. Still nothing
Luckily paid by credit card and will be reporting and making a call back on the card
Clearly they are importing trees cheap from China, setting up a company, selling as many as possible
