Monthly Jacuzzi customer care update regarding my experience:
Having finally received correspondence from Jacuzzi senior customer care advisor there seems to be baby steps being made towards a resolution. The fact remains that after 4 and a half years and a complete change of Jacuzzi I still continue to have a faulty product which will need constant repairs doing to it until a resolution is found.
Be aware that any Jacuzzi you buy if you have the rotational jets, they are a known fault and will perish and stop working over and over again until they release a new design. I did not buy a premium product to have to replace parts every few weeks/months. I am currently going through the process with help from a solicitor and trading standards in order to get a satisfactory resolution.
If you have a Jacuzzi with rotational jets, check them immediately. They will slow down and not spin and be useless over a short time.

Avoid Jacuzzi
Warning - do not buy a Jacuzzi unless you want constant hassle and engineer visits and a complete lack of compassion from customer service.
Purchased a J335 in early 2021, have had 4 years of problems and faults and issues which have been constantly returned resolved then unresolved. I have had the Jacuzzi changed for a brand new one and continue to have the same issues. Multiple temp sensors, circulation pumps, screen issues, badly fitted and broken side panels, damaged cover clips, and over 30 jets replaced where Jacuzzi have admitted fault that the circulated jets are going to keep being faulty until they change the design. Initial customer service is now non existent and I just get ignored every time I try to rectify an issue which is out of my control.
Treated appalling most recently after promise after promise of a resolution and just blatantly ignored when trying to be understanding and patient under the circumstances.
After 4 years of Jacuzzi ownership I’ve probably had a full working product for less than 12 months overall pieces together and after years of time wasted trying to rectify, my patience has ran out.
A product over £10k is not fit for purpose.
Do not buy from Jacuzzi. You have been warned.
Fantastic service and support throughout
We recently bought the J-435 Jacuzzi Hot Tub from Jacuzzi Manchester, and we’ve been really impressed with the whole experience.
From the first visit to the showroom, the team were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help us find the right model without ever being pushy. They clearly knew their stuff and made the whole process feel easy and straightforward.
The pre-sales support was excellent – all our questions were answered promptly, and we always felt kept in the loop. Installation was smooth and well organised, and the team made sure we were comfortable with how everything worked before they left.
What’s really stood out, though, is the aftercare. It’s been reassuring to know we can call or email with any questions, and the follow-up has been just as good as the initial service.
The hot tub itself has been a brilliant addition to our home – a great place to unwind and relax. We’re really pleased we chose both the J-435 and Jacuzzi Manchester.

So happy with our new Jacuzzi, wished we'd got it years ago! Steve and Phil at Bents were really helpful and talked us through how to do everything, Steve kept us well informed when it was coming etc and also arranged the crane for us. All delivered and installed exactly as promised. Great service...highly recommend them.

I ordered my hot tub from but was let down by my paving being cancelled which put a hold on delivery. The staff there gave me a number of a guy called Martin who came and did a brilliant job of laying it.

Exceptional
We went to Bents with the intention of buying plants we always look at the hot tubs as we have had one from Jacuzzi for some time which we also purchased at Bents.
Steve came to us as we were looking at the newer models than we had, His product knowledge was exceptional. He spent time going through the benefits of each one getting to know our needs and expectations from a new tub.
We ended up buying a beautiful new hot tub. I am very demanding when it comes to customer service as I have a business. Steve was an absolute pleasure to do business with we felt no pressure and left feeling we had confidence in Jacuzzi. The whole process from purchase to fitting was seamless. After fitting which was excellent Steve called asking if everything went well. We do have to have a new cover with a trio fold due to the height of the gazebo. Steve sorted it out and ordered it. We called round to Bents on Wednesday Steve recognised us and asked how the tub was and anything at all just contact him.
From going for some plants to leaving with a hot tub Steve had a huge part to play in this. One amazing ambassador for Jacuzzi. So much so we have friends now going to buy their hot tub from Bents. Living in Blackpool we have a firm dealing in Hot tubs on the doorstep. Steve Thanks

Great experience
Steve at Jacuzzi (situated in Bents garden centre) is amazingly knowledgeable and helpful. My partner and I had gone to Bents to look at hot tubs but were unsure whether getting one was right for us or not. Steve was really helpful and answered my many questions. He gave us advice on hot tub options, installation and landscaping (I wanted to make sure if we got one we could have it sunken in our garden) and how to maintain them (we are not always at home so I was concerned about daily chemical maintenance). In the end we decided to purchase one and the continued customer service from Steve has been faultless. He kept in touch around delivery and installation, and even post installation I had a few more maintenance questions which I emailed him about and he phoned me to run through everything! He also recommended a builder (Lee) to do the concrete basing and who will be coming back to fit the decking and do further landscaping. So far our experience has been great and I’d recommend that option for people also wanting landscaping or needing the concrete base and electrics fitting. Between Steve and Lee they have been in touch to coordinate dates and discuss what needs to be done etc. and it’s been seamless.

Fantastic addition to our new garden……
After many months of careful consideration and research we took the plunge and purchased the J475 which I have to say does not disappoint. We dealt with Steve who made the whole experience easy from start to finish. He was very knowledgable answering all of our questions even taking the time to explain the quantities needed and when / how to add all of the chemicals when I called the day after installation. Would definitely have no hesitation in recommending both Steve and Jacuzzi Manchester to anyone thinking of buying a hot tub.

Positives:
Great pre delivery service from the team at Manchester. I was kept fully informed and delivery was as promised.
We needed a crane to remove the old tub and install the new one. The crane company/driver was outstanding.
The installation team were very good.
Negative:
The tub was ex display and had a part missing that prevented the tub from being commissioned on the day of delivery. To be fair, Jacuzzi customer service at Leeds sorted out the issue and an engineer attended early the next day to fix and commission. The engineer (Mark) was really helpful and friendly.
