Mark the engineer was booked to fit a…

Mark the engineer was booked to fit a new cover to my J475, as the other one had manufacturing faults. Mark kept me informed of his delivery time by contacting me the day before. Arrival on the day was spot on time. Mark gave me a warm greeting and explained his processes. Just such a lovely guy. Gave me some great valued advice, with him having over 20yrs experience working for Jacuzzi. He made sure the old one was taken off carefully and the new one fitted perfectly, tested the cover lifters and made sure everything was working to how it should be. Great detail and care was taken, area kept clean and tidy. Such a fab engineer and very professional. Thoroughly recommend, great team and aftercare service. Thanks again to Cat for organising and Mark for doing such a fab job, nice friendly chap.

Fantastic service from buying our jacuzzi to installing it and the aftercare has been exceptional. Mark and Steve in the office were so knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble throughout the buying process . Simon and Adam who installed the jacuzzi were professional and approachable . Quality Service

Mark Crawford at Bents was fantastic, we went for a look at Jacuzzi's, but came away with so much more. Mark was extremely knowledgeable, not pushy and helped us make the right decision for us. Our fitting team, Simon Fenton and Adam Kirk were amazing. From start to finish, they set up our Jacuzzi with care and expertise. They explained everything thoroughly and answered all our questions we had. I would highly recommend them, a true credit to the company.

Had a warranty issue with my 2022 J475…

Had a warranty issue with my 2022 J475 Prolast cover, has had a small breach in it since coming from US factory I think, causing water to damage it. Contacted Jacuzzi UK in Leeds via their online support and Cat promptly replied giving me valued help and advice, sent some pics of my issues and Cat speedily arranged for a new cover to be sent to me and then for an engineer come swop over. What fantastic customer service and support. I've dealt with Cat a few times and certainly everytime has gone above and beyond for me, she is amazing, and the best support there. Kyle the engineer comes to service my J475 each year and also when I need repairs, he's the same, such good service from them. You can tell they are very skilled, have passion n love for their jobs and treat their customers so well. What a fab team.Thanks Cat so much for your stress free valued help again. Certainly recommend you 100%. Your a Gem 👏👍🤗

Excellent support from Kyle and Mark

Kyle and mark have been excellent at supporting our Jacuzzi swim spa. We had no idea how to maintain the pool and both Mark and Kyle have not only educated us but provided support above good service. Many thanks to them both.

After sales is absolutely disgusting…

After sales is absolutely disgusting with this company. A thread has cracked on my hot tub lid no fault of my own and down to week manufacture and after sales have so far said they won’t replace under warranty. In a battle with them currently to try to resolve so will write another review with how it goes.

Phil and the team are exceptional.
The explanation before we decided to buy was really thorough and can’t thank Phil enough for all the advice and tips provided to me …im a complete amateur!
Always rings back if he’s busy and sorted out any queries straight away. Would definitely recommend. The hot tub is beyond our wildest dreams.

The guys at jacuzzi Manchester help us…

The guys at jacuzzi Manchester help us through the process of selecting a model, running costs and installation costs.
Well organised and happy to share their own experiences of owning to settle our nervousness.

They are fantastic supporting us with our maintenance tasks, with guidance on the chemical balancing routine: what is normal and what isn’t.

They are always on the wind of a phone, even emailing outside of working hours.

What a team, great products, great people

What a team. No pressure to buy just good sensible questions as to what we wanted to achieve. Steve was so helpful and knowledgeable about everything involved in the process, great service. I was very nervous about the installation procedure from digging out the garden to craning in the swim spa. Needn’t have worried the team did an absolutely fantastic job. Everything was covered. Simon and John the jacuzzi fitters were superb. If you are thinking about buying either a jacuzzi or swim spa, go to the best, Jacuzzi at Bents. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Absolutely top notch service

Absolutely top notch service from the moment we went to visit the showroom at Bents Garden Centre, to the delivery and installation. Don't think twice, if you want the best, go and see these and you won't be disappointed. Mark was excellent and didn't once push for a sale. Totally went out of his way to explain everything and gave us a cracking deal. The two chaps that delivered and installed the tub were so nice and professional too. Don't look anywhere else, if you want a Jacuzzi Hot Tub and a professional service then you've found the right place!
