Received my order and the product itself was stunning however the chain length was incorrect. I contacted customer service and Dani was able to ship the correct size the next day! Exceptional quality and service. I definitely will be ordering more. Thank you!

This is our 2nd order with Jade Jewelers, The Customer service reps Dani and Sada made everything right for my order, we received one ring smaller than the size needed and they made it so easy to have the best experience to get it corrected without any worries on my end.

I have ordered from Jade Jewelers two times. The first order was perfect and timely. Quality of the bracelets are beautiful. Second order, I was given a product I didnt order. I contacted their customer service and Dani assured me that they were correcting my order and sending out the item I ordered. I am currently waiting for them to get back to me to let me know when this will be shipped but other than that, service has been great.

I would like to say THANK YOU to the Jadejewlers Team! I had ordered a bracelet and the charm was coming undone. I reached out to them and they were able to assist me with another replacement. I got a quick response and was very happy they were able to accommodate me with a new bracelet. I will definitely be purchasing more products in the future. My goofy ahh accidentally purchased a bracelet from them without noticing that I didn’t add a second for my BOGO deal and I reached out. Sada got in touch with me ASAP and lowkey thought that they wouldn’t give me the second bracelet cus I alr completed my purchase. But Sada was like just choose the one you want and I’ll pack it up and I did . Straight to the point Thank you 🙏

i love this business, they’ve always been helpful when i reached out to them regarding issues with my orders and they truly do their hardest when it comes to delivering the best experience for their community . and i can assure you they are a business you can surely rely on ; i had previously emailed them abt an issue i had and they made sure to follow up with me on their own without me having to ask twice and they were so understanding abt my situation . i believe the person who had helped me with my order was Sada , and i can tell just from her impression in the email the jade jewelers team truly do try their best to satisfy their customers and they have great customer service . i follow them on their instagram and i do have to say the content is amazing as well . The items I received were beautiful and looked even better on. Such high quality and certificates of authenticity as well. There was a small problem with my order but customer service quickly helped with the issue and I couldn’t be happier with everything.

Dani was so helpful. My ring was damaged in shipping but they responded so quickly & they were diligent in getting the issue resolved. As for the jade, it's so beautiful, shiny & sturdy. The rings I bought are lovely & I will definitely be looking into getting more beautiful pieces from them. Thank you for all the help Dani <3

Jade is favorite gem stone ever since my husband bought me my first Jade ring 26 years ago. I’ve been looking to add more to my ring collection. I discovered Jade Jewelers through TikTok and I love the story behind their company and look of their Jade. I purchased a set of Jade rings and absolutely love the quality. I get so many compliments. I loved them so much, I had to get two more. When I received my rings, turns out one was a bit tight. I contacted Jade Jewelers right away and Dani responded so promptly and took care of it. Amazing customer service and I appreciate it so much. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone and I will definitely shop with them again.

The best customer service! I am not a new customer, I have purchased several pieces from them before. I really like their unique jade designs. I had a small issue with my last order but Sada was able to resolve the issue IMMEDIATELY! Sada always responded to my emails friendly and promptly. Thank you Sada!

Fast shipping and the products are lovely. Ran into a small problem but their A1 customers service is able to help me with my problems in matters of hours. I ordered matching blue jade rings as Mother’s Day gifts for my mom, my sister and I. I reached out because I wanted to exchange one of them. Dani responded quickly and assisted me by shipping me a replacement! Beautiful rings, fast shipping and great customer service!

i have ordered a few green jade rings and love the quality. I just recently ordered the white Jade and didn’t realize i ordered the diamond cut as the 2nd pair. Dani helped my out and was able to get the diamond cut green one to the green jade i originally wanted.
