I had an issue and Lana assisted me the whole time kept in contact with me with in a timely manner in fact and got my order sorted out the care they provide for their customers is best of the best

Received two beautiful jade diamond cut rings, there was a mishap where the wrong color diamond cut got sent they apologized and sent me out the correct one at no extra charge and said I didn’t need to ship back the other. I already recommended them to a few friends who asked where I got them from can’t say enough about how good customer service was and I am looking into a bracelet and a pendant for my sister

Don't buy anything from here. I ordered their cuban link bracelet and they sent me the wrong size. I contacted them about it and they offered me an exchange or store credit, no refund. Fine, it states that is their policy. So I opted for the credit seeing as the bracelet was extremely delicate and likely would break, so I decided I'd buy a couple of smaller things for my wife instead. Keep in mind each back and forth took 2 to 3 days for customer service to even acknowledge my issues and then later to respond offering the credit. I sent the bracelet back to them and no response for many days so I reached out to them because I didn't see a credit on my account on the website and they finally responded after several days indicating that they would create a special coupon code for me that that would only be a one-time use only. If I didn't use the entire credit I would lose the remaining amount. This entire time they acted like they were doing me a favor by even accepting the return even though this whole thing was their fault. Now I agreed to the store credit but I didn't know that there would be all these stipulations around it. When I turned around to make a purchase, the fact that they create a separate coupon code for me made it so that I couldn't even use any of the coupons that they had available on their site at the time. So I would be paying full price when a lot of their items were buy one get one half off. At the end of the day I wound up filing a dispute on my credit card. The coupon code they generated didn't even work and all the hassle that they put me through definitely was not worth it. They even fought me despite the fact that they had their merchandise back and I had nothing. They wouldn't allow the dispute to go through and we had several back and forths until they ultimately lost the dispute. Just a terrible awful company. Stay far away. Awful customer service. Slow response time archaic return policy and they can't even size their own jewelry properly. Literally nothing works at this company.

I ordered 2 jade rings (diamond cut blue water) one was the wrong size sent. So i emailed jade jewelers customer service (on March 3rd) with pics etc and within 2 hrs i got a response saying they will send another ring with the correct size. The next day i got a tracking number and today (March 7) i got my ring with the correct size!

I wish all customer service was this quick easy and painless.

Keep up the good work Jadejewelers! I will be buying more!

Thank you to Lana for quickly replacing a bracelet that came with a crack in it. The RAPID replacement made me feel really valued as a customer! I’ll always purchase my jade products from the jade jewelers.

Lana and the Jade Jewelry are absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, the Cuban bracelet I bought broke within the day of receiving it, and they were very accommodating to send me a replacement. They have been super helpful, very responsive and very considerate of their customers. I purchased her a lot so it’s great to know they care about their customers.

I had ordered the BOGO hello kitty bracelets for my wife and I didn’t read the instructions of adding 2 bracelets to the cart for the deal to apply. After the first order had already been shipped, team member Lana assisted me about the free bracelet and they still sent it out! I have made two purchases at Jade Jewelers, 2 Pixiu jade bracelets for myself and bf and 2 Rare Red Rose bracelets for my best friend and myself.

Both of the rare red rose bracelets started to unravel which was heartbreaking but I reached out to Jade Jeweler via email and Lana responded to me offering to replace my two rare red bracelets. I saw on their website they have a 48hr product damage policy but it never hurts to ask what can be done. I was looking to get the bracelets fixed as nothing is wrong with the jade jewels themselves, they are beautiful.

I cannot tell you guys how happy I am with the customer service and recovering service I was provided by Lana. This seriously made my day and to know I’ll be able to send another bracelet to my best friend for matching bracelets means so much.

I know you can get jade jeweler in Chinatown but their quality and customer service is what has my business from now on!
