AVOID! One of the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever had in Hatton Garden. My husband and I visited this jeweller last week when we spoke to Amaan. We found a ring we really liked, and asked for a quote. We even followed up few days later with a WhatsApp message requesting additional quote for a slightly different specification. Days went by with no acknowledgment whatsoever.
I eventually called the shop and spoke with Amaan himself, who promised he would reply to our messages and come back to us withing few days, as he was apparently busy. He never did. No follow-up, no courtesy, no professionalism. Just empty promises and complete disinterest from the very beginning.
It’s shocking that a business selling something as meaningful and expensive as engagement and wedding rings can treat customers with such disregard. We felt ignored, undervalued, and as if our time meant nothing to them.
If you’re considering buying here, think twice. You want a shop where you can build trust with. There are plenty of jewellers in Hatton Garden who actually care about their customers — sadly, this is not one of them.
