Overall, the course significantly enhanced my pronunciation skills. I've encountered numerous words with phonemes unfamiliar to Portuguese speakers in Brazil, which I used to mispronounce. This learning journey has been thrilling, as it has helped me avoid unknowingly persisting in my errors.

I have been following Jade’s YouTube channel for a very long time. (Almost a decade.) Not only did I find a lot of her videos were very practical, but also they were very inspiring. This is why I decided to join some of her online group courses some years ago. I can’t easily find a better adjective if I don’t use the word “life- changing” to describe my decisions of joining her English accent/ pronunciation related courses on my English learning journey. While I was studying those courses, I found she was a very experienced teacher and she was always able to point out the mistakes we had been making. Also, last month, during the time of doing the one-on-one English course with Jade, she had always been able to provide me with insightful and constructive feedback honestly and patiently. In short, she was always able to hit the nail on the head and her suggestions had always been useful. (I think it is probably because of her love of English literature and expert knowledge of the Southern English accent. ) Anyway, I think if you are serious about learning English, do treasure what Jade has been offering to us and the online learning community.

The course time used to be at 7.30pm GMT and here in Maldives it is 12.30 am. Despite midnight, I have never missed any class/session of her since the class was great and she taught with heart and that matters. Note:- Whatever I have written here did come from my heart. I can't handle even a single drop of boasting or praising someone without a real and honest cause but here the scenario is different. If you want to see a real person who conducts the class, just go and attends the class of Milady Jade, the noble. I shared my experience and it was wonderful.

In general, the course has improved my pronunciation a lot. I have come across so many words that I pronounced wrongly, with phonemes that don’t exist in Portuguese (Brazil), and this experience has been exciting because otherwise I’d keep on making mistakes without knowing I was.

As a non-native English speaker I'm interested to become more fluent in English and to improve my pronounciation and speaking skills for professional reasons. After having watched a couple of youtube videos on a variety of topics about learning English I decided to join an English course offered by Jade Joddle. Technically the course was a series of 10 weekly live lessons gathering students from other parts of the world virtually in a zoom classroom. After work, I've been learning English together with people from Europe, Asia, South America and Africa on my laptop at home in my living room. „The world is flat“ as Thomas L. Friedman once called it in his bestselling book became reality in my personal life.

I appreciated the download option of the recorded zoom lessons and the pdf documents, because this allowed me to study the learning content even if I missed one lesson. I frequently watched also the free Jade Joddle youtube stories (i.e. short youtube videos only viewable using the youtube App ) on my smartphone. I adopted the concept of mini habits for learning English. So the WordUp App, a free app developped in the UK, in combination with Jade's youtube stories on my smartphone allow me to learn English on a daily basis even while I'm on the way.

Conclusion: If you want to improve your English pronounciation and your're looking for a proper way of speaking, Jade Joddle's courses may be the right choice for you as well.

I definitely recommend Jade Joddle and her group classes.
