Fab quality raincoat
Fab quality raincoat coat. Doggo wore this when it was absolutely tipping down the other day, and it kept her nice and dry, didn’t slip at all whilst looking loose and comfy. Plenty of room for a fleece underneath.

It was my first time ordering from this…
It was my first time ordering from this company and I wasn’t disappointed. Once I’d placed my order, I received an email thanking me for the order and detailing what it was. I then received a couple of days later notification of the order leaving the warehouse. It arrived a couple of days later. The coat is perfect for the dog and fits him well.

The quality and design of the dog…
The quality and design of the dog jumper are lovely. A beautiful fit too.
I wasn't happy with delivery as I had paid extra for a next day service but didn't get it the day I was told by the supplier it would arrive. Meant I couldn't take it away on a trip with us and also meant I had to buy another jumper at a local pet store so my dog could be kept warm overnight while camping.
I won't pay for faster delivery next time!!!

Thank you for the great news about the coat - so happy you are happy.
We really appreciate the feedback on the delivery. This however is not an element we can control, we shipped it on the day required to get it to you next day, after checking the delivery tracking it seems "Receiver requested the parcel to be changed date". Which could be incorrect so very sorry about this delivery situation & even more sorry it ruined your camping trip.
We rely on our couriers for a lot (being the face of the company) so very sorry for this.
