Warm dog coat

Good well thought out cosy dog coat so easy to put on and take of, my dog hates getting her coats on but doesn’t seem to mind this one. I love the bright orange colour Thank you 😊

Excellent product

Excellent product, well packaged and quick delivery. Very happy customer who has a number of dog coats from this company. Customer service is superb. Coats are good quality and fit well. Highly recommended.

Excellent product

Excellent customer care first coats did not fit returned and advised on correct size returned within week new coats fit great product well made design really adapted to keep your dog dry - only ones I find like this def be buying more great product

Don’t recommend in the slightest

Don’t recommend in the slightest. Bought a unicorn dog coat on 9th November, used it twice in the first week and on the second walk (we do beach walks where it’s just walking and don’t go on the rocks etc) notice the coat had ripped in two places. When I contacted the company, they offered no useful help just offered the same coat for £30 at the end of the month. A waste of £60 and I bought two more of this coat at the same time which were fine on my other dogs which I won’t use now as I’m worried they’ll break and the customer service is completely useless. Money grabbers, don’t bother wasting your money, use a brand like Ruffwear instead.

It was clear to see it’s a fabric issue as the lines were cleanly straight (I work with many types of fabric as a professional and it matches the patter of when fabric un-weaves due to being faulty). The money grabber comment stands as if you genuinely cared about your customers and not money, you’d have offered a replacement or refund.

Fair, not at all. £60 for 2 walks. Terrible customer service. Don’t bother ordering, you’re just throwing money away that you’ll never get back even if the item is faulty.

Appreciate the review,

We reviewed the photos which were sent to us around 6 weeks after your purchase & looking at the type of rip we believe this to caused via environmental factors due to the shape & nature of the rip.

We did our best to offer a fair GWG as we do not believe this to be a fabric issue as you advised.

It was also offered at the end of the month as we sold out on the product with zero complaints or any issues with tears/rips etc.

We know our products are very good quality, we pride ourselves on these so do not appreciate the comment of 'Money Grabbers'.

Our profession is also in fabric

Appreciate it's not the response you wanted, but we have spoken over e-mail & our stance is that given the circumstances, we have been fair.
