I’ve invested in a couple of projects with JaeVee and am returning an excellent annualised return across the board. The monthly updates are very insightful

I recently subscribed to Jaevee online learning program, the program is, informative, helpful reasonably priced and I’ve already started implementing some of the programs key skills and most importantly it’s starting to work and pay dividend.

At every point in an investment process a comprehensive analysis of the property and financial markets is conducted. Providing reassurance along with wonderful returns.

Invested in the Kings Lynn Development SPV1022 in March 2021. A 12 month project.

The Investment Memorandum stated "With planning consent already granted, there are no planning risks". Turns out this was not true and there have been significant ongoing delays for planning.

Two and a Half years on, and there is still no shovel in the ground.

No meaningful progress reports. No update on the project timescale and costs (And the world has changed since Covid!)

I email regularly, either no response at all or 'Update at the end of the week'. Then nothing.

I have no idea when I will see my money again, or if it will have anything like the promised returns.

Very, Very disappointed.

Edit 16 Nov 23: Following this review JaeVee got back to me and eventually supplied the status about the project that I was asking for. Shame it took a review to do so. Work should start on the project in the next 3-4 months. Will put in another review when things improve.

Really? Is this what JaeVee resorts to? Failing as a business and sinking ship?

The reviews that are evidenced and verified are verified for a reason.

Maybe if you actually fulfilled promises that you make then maybe you would have genuine positive reviews. 6 years and counting... Still not had any progress with my investment which was meant to be a 24 month project. Absolute frauds.

Awful experience. A project I invested in 2019 with a 24month turnaround still hasn't completed 5 years later...

When asking for an update, I get a rude and condescending reply. Lies after lies about when the project will complete and the investors will get their funds back.

Disgusting unethical company, with no consideration of investor funds. Keep your money safe and stay away from this sham of a company.

Five stars. I came across Jaevee in 2018 and it was a different approach to investing in property with higher returns as JV partners. Have invested in a few projects. Covid has delayed some projects and I can accept that. They have been professional, their online platform is one of the best and easy to track project updates. Matt Smith is my main contact. He has been professional and communicated things as expected. Have met Ben James also. All good so far. Looking forward to some of the projects maturing in the next 3-6 months.

I would give this a lower rating if possible

I invested in the SPV1004 Project in early 2019. I was told by the main person that the project is already underway and they just require the additional funding to complete it. I had a look at all the documents and the number and it made sense at the time. The project was a sell for profit strategy to be completed within 24 months.

It has now been about 42 months (3.5 years) and the project only started its construction a couple of months ago. The completion date gets delayed each month without explanation.

Updates were not provided in a timely manner by the investor relation manager.

At this point, I am scared this company will never return the money, let alone complete the project.

If you look on Government website about this company, you can see all SPV are under the name of one person. I do not know much about him but there are forums online saying he has been with other companies before and has failed. I hope this is not the case with JaeVee but it seems a massive red flag.

The funny thing is, when I posted my review on Google, they reported me and claimed it to be a fake review. I have a shareholder agreement showing I am part of the project. I contacted JaeVee numerous times by phone, I was told by the person on the phone that he would get the main person to call me. No one ever called me. I had to call multiple times before being put through to him and he was using the classic COVID as an excuse for a 2 year delay in the project.

Please avoid this company at all costs.

EDIT/UPDATE:
According to JaeVee's reply to my review, they are claiming it is not true. Other than the video they have posted, let me see them provide another update to their reply. Since I posted this review:

- There have been no 'monthly updates' on this project for the last 7 months
- Building work has been halted since last year
- Connells have removed the listing of the property from their brochure
- The CEO has terminated himself from the project (Check on Companies House website)
- 2 Weeks after being terminated, the project has gone into receivership (Check Companies House to verify)

I have pretty much lost my money with JaeVee now, but the aim of this review is to raise awareness to others considering this dishonest company. Please do your research, check out the above. Check other reviews.

Tread carefully with these cunning frauds.

Gross negligence of GDPR - STILL receiving proposals and poor marketing emails. Must be what 6, 7 times I’ve asked to be removed and each time told it’s been done. Think it’s time to escalate

I use to work with them but was disappointed after they threatened to charge me money for sending an email to them.

They discuss about the pain and took money of me for projects. Jayvee scrutinised figures via rcis data and run courses for revenue.

They happily take your money and run. There are better and more efficient alternatives to this for new developers.

I have a strong power team and achieved funding for developments without these training companies.

I was upset at the treatment and abuse by them after setting up for 2 projects, which they take money for.

Save your money and time and go elsewhere as they disappoint you on a regular basis as an aspiring developer.

Invested in a project that was right for me I.e let service apartments giving me a long term dividend and eventually some capital gains in the sale of the apartment block...that was before covic 19 ...as a result the dividend has not been great at about 2% but given that all business of this type has been affected is ok.
I intend to invest more and would recommend this company.

I must admit to being apprehensive by the ROI JaeVee displayed on one of their projects, but they were more than happy to show the financials that culminated in that figure.

After some deliberation and discussion with their people, I look forward to seeing how the project I've invested in progresses. I'd certainly recommend.

I'd been sitting on the fence about investing in property for quite some time, spending far too long browsing different companies and trying to determine which seemed the most suitable for what I was looking for. With the detail JaeVee showed about each project, as well as the minimum investment only being 5 grand, it seemed a good place to start.

Fast forward 4 months, I have regular contact with a Mr Mason, I can see all the updates for the projects I've invested in on my portfolio and feel comfortable letting them get on with sorting everything out.

Definitely pleased with the current situation. I will update this review if necessary, but at this point in time I'd strongly recommend to any investor.
