Good service!
Saved us money in the long run as costs my partner half the price using the phone in there. Had no issues 1st month of using it was great. Since then our calls are cut off after 15 minutes, then other times they last longer and today my partner tried calling twice and the calls were failing and my mobile never rang. As you can imagine it doesn’t go down too well when your partner thinks you’re rejecting his phone calls. I emailed jailtele over a week ago raising the issue of my phone calls cutting off after 15 minutes but still awaiting a response

Really great it dose what it says I have the pay as you go and my inmate has not had to top up his phone once every time I had a question I have had a replay really nice and helpful and polite and always helped with what I need would recommend the pay as you go one

Unfortunately I made a mistake on there and purchased the wrong package Iv been waiting on a response to get this solved asap as time is precious when trying to contact a loved one but responses are very slow :( but it’s a good thing to have

I bought the line for one of my friends he’s in jail. He can’t make more than one call a day and I’ve paid £22 for 1000 minutes.

Easy to use once we got the right number confirmed from the prison.

Moorlands prison refused to add the phone number to sons pin so total waste of money

Amazing service , made it so me and my partner can talk endlessly whilst he's away

The service is brilliant to use in the sense my partner never has to worry about credit ti stay in contact but the fact you can’t change your forwarding number yourself if you change your phone number is a big downfall for me! You have to contact customer service and wait for a response which I’m STILL waiting for. It takes too long and I just know my partner will be trying to contact me! Not happy about that at all

I think it’s fantastic although the fact you have to understand it only makes the call cheaper it’s not actual credit for the prisoner

Using this made it so much easier and cheaper for my partner to use

Reply from JailTele
My son can’t use this to any advantage and I will be cancelling when his credit is gone as Highpoint prison don’t give cheaper calls

Reply from JailTele
Price is still quiet high for prisoner and I loose signal a lot
