Love the outfits
Love the outfits! I have 4 now in all different colors. Love the materials.
The least favorite color was crimson. I believe you send the wrong color. It looked like burgundy. I wish I could exchange and get the color that was advertised! If I was send the real crimson color I do not like it and wish to exchange it for the light blue outfit. But otherwise love the product.

Clothes were poor quality
Clothes were poor quality - not worth the price tag and not as good as they looked on their adverts. Returns policy is very poor. Make sure you track your returns. Only when I chased for my refund did they look into it despite me following their returns policy. They wanted to know what I had returned and to what address. A costly exercise - I paid an extra £13 for my delivery and then £15 to return the items to ensure tracked. Won't be using this company again. But thankfully was worth £15 for tracked delivery so I could prove returned

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear the pieces were not suitable for you.
In this case, the return was arranged independently rather than through our prepaid return label service, which is why the tracking was not automatically visible within our system.
For UK customers, our subsidised prepaid tracked return label is available at £5, should customers wish to use it.
As we did not initially have visibility of the external tracking, we requested confirmation of the returned items in order to help identify and expedite the processing as quickly as possible.
We can confirm that the full refund has now been issued accordingly.

I am honestly shocked by how terrible this experience has been. Your website made the return process confusing and misleading from the beginning, especially for international customers. Now that I've wasted my time trying to figure out your vague return policy, you are suddenly saying the items are not eligible for return.
