Well very poor thin material ,linen but looks like a old rag.very dissapointing,not usual quality.

The parcel arrived beautiful packaged The dress beautiful and well made Unfortunately it was too tight across my bust and that made the dress fall unevenly Retuning was so easy compared to other sites

I needed to,do a return as the shirt was not suitable for me
It would be better if a returns label is sent with purchase as we do not all have printers to print our own label

the best trousers ever! i have shopped here for many years and these are the only trousers that fit me perfectly honetsly they make me feel so confident. The service is also fabulous the workers helped me find what was best for me and i was not afraid to ask for help.

I have shopped at Hoopers and then your Wilmslow shop for a number of years, but unfortunately this last year the shop has been full of last year’s item with only a few new styles added consequently I has bought fewer clothes and have been disappointed because there have been no exciting items on your rails. Also, I have on several occasions found the shop price to be more expensive than your online price!!

Although your description didnt mention zipped pockets or a hood I was delighted that the jacket had them. It's great quality, well made, fits well for size 12 with room for warmer layers too. Delivery was as expected. Overall a huge reduction in price and a complete bargain.
