This was the first time I have purchased from James Lakeland on-line. I have purchased in-store previously and love the quality and styles. I made contact with Customer Service by phone and was very pleased with their response. Due to being between sizes I purchased two items and the return of the unwanted one was so easy and have had a very quick refund for it.

I sent two messages regarding sizing that have not been responded to prior to ordering my coat. I ordered a coat over a week ago, even though the sizing question was never answered. I have not received information about my shipment. I sent another message about getting info about when my order will be shipped and still have not received a response.

The blouse sent was really badly stitched around the collar. It should never have been sent out. Very disappointing. Had to return it. Unlike James Lakeland to be so shoddy
