Very disappointed with the quality of the coat I bought in Jan24, the lining ripped and outside has gone bobbly. Tried to email them but no response, eventually spoke to a lady who was v rude to me and no help whatsoever. Issue still unresolved and I won't be buying from them again.

Erratic sizes - Go large
Good communication with the delivery so I was home when delivered. Also prompt return of money after returning the blouse.
I initially got a size 18 - which fitted but was tight so I returned it and ordered a size 20. The 20 wouldn't even go on me! As it's an overhead blouse without front opening, I would have torn the blouse had I persisted.
The underarm to underarm measurement is 15 inches - so definitely not a 20.
My question is: how can a size 20 be evne smaller than the 18? I usually fit a 16 to 18.

Not very good item and reluctant to provide a proper receipt
The item wasn't as good as I expected. heats up patchily, the control is counterintuitive and it is difficult to unplug, but I decided to keep it. Getting a proper receipt out of them was a real struggle, no explanation as to why they didn't send one automatically. A company best avoided.

Beware - 14 day returns policy!
Bought a scarf as a Christmas present for my wife on the 14th December. Upon opening on Christmas day, my wife wasn't sure about the style. I then checked the Returns Policy - 14 days! Absolute joke for the Christmas period. Will not be shopping here again. 14 days?!
