I really enjoy the nutrition plan, and if there are things you’d like to change up he will gladly give you some different options. I first found James and CJC on instagram, initially following his lovely girlfriend at the time, now fiancé. I started seeing his content with before and after photos all the time and thinking no way are those real! His methodologies are geared towards lifestyle changes rather than quick fixes, and I was very intrigued. The price tag did frightened me a bit, but I thought I’d give a few months a try and see what happens.
I’m seriously SO. SHOCKED. with how drastic my progress pics are after only 2 months! I’ve lost 10lbs in 2 months but more importantly, CJC has helped me immensely with figuring out a great routine to get into. I used to think I had to do hours of cardio to lose weight and I legit have not done any cardio since I started this, I’ve only walked on a treadmill or outside every so often! The workout plans include lifting weights and have been amazing; I’ve truly never felt more strong or healthy than I do right now. I’ve never been able to do a real push up in my life and now I do them almost every other workout!
The meal planning has been really good for me and I’ve been shocked with how full I feel for so few calories. Protein really fills ya up! I love how they are so tailored to me; I mentioned I wanted to try some recipes that would be easy to make in bulk and a day or 2 later I got a meal plan with some casseroles; I wanted some vegetarian options and I received some delicious tofu based meals. I cannot say enough good things about CJC!

I first came across James on Instagram and all of his content was extremely helpful and really gave me the boost I needed with my fitness journey. I decided I wanted to take my fitness journey to the next level so I contacted James and it was one of the best decision I have ever made ! He gave me a tailored training programme during lockdown which he adapted to a home workout as I didnt have access to a gym and recently I have had meal plans which he adapted because I am lactose intolerant also with working long hours at work he gave me meals which are delicious yet easy and quick to cook. I have made far more progress with him than what I would of on my own he has plenty of tools,hints and tips up his sleeve to make that happen . He has made a massive difference to my life he has made me so much more confident with my fitness and in general a much more happy and confident person after listening to his podcasts and all his great content online changed my mindset.I would highly recommend one of James plans if you serious about making progress in your fitness journey . A big thanks to James and the team .

Coach James Club got me motivated to go back to the gym especially with how user friendly the app was in regards to the work outs. There are videos showing exactly how every exercise should be preformed and the app even keeps tracks of your sets and rest time!
In regards to the diet, all the recipes were easy, enjoyable and tailored to the foods I like. The macros were broken down and easy to understand. I also really enjoyed the mindset coaching. Coach James and his team made sure to keep me motivated and on track.

Great workouts and food plans!
James created easy to follow workouts that really helped build my motivation to get back to the gym. I loved seeing my progression over 6 months in increasing my lifting weight! He is always the most uplifting and provides a sustainable plan that will keep you motivated throughout your journey!

Coach James Club is unreal! I’m in week 11 right now and am just loving it. A few things I love about it-
1. I don’t feel like I’m even in a program. There are no extremes! They have realistic expectations and don’t want you to stop living!
2. Food!! Before this program I had this idea that I would have to cut out so many foods I enjoyed. Wrong! You are not on an insane restrictive diet. They are setting you up for success with plan that is sustainable. (Helps that their meal plans are freaking delicious)
3. The app! Everything is in one place. Workouts (tailored exactly for you), meals (also tailored exactly for you), and community group chat (which is amazing and so motivating to hear from others in the same position as you)!!
I could have made about 8 points here!! James and his team are incredible and you can tell they care. They are so knowledgeable and communicative. If you’re looking for something to literally change your life and put you on the path to a healthier lifestyle that LASTS this is the program you need!! Highly highly recommend!

This program with Coach James has been life changing for me. It took me a while to commit, I had been seeing Coach James post several challenges on instagram before making the decision to just give it a go. I was skeptical and very unsure if I would be able to commit or if the program would be sustainable. I am here to tell you, do it! Just do it! It has been one of the best things to ever happen to me. I have worked hard, don't get me wrong. You have to be willing to put the work in. But if you do, you will definitely see the results. And Coach James and his team will be with you every step of the way. They will coach you, pep talk you, whatever you need, they are there and I love that!
My results so far have not just been losing weight (and I have lost 15 pounds so far), I have grown so much as a person through this program. My whole mindset has changed. I actually want to eat healthier, and my relationship with food has changed for the better. And don't even get me started with my feelings towards working out. I hated exercise before, but now I get excited because this program has taught me the right way to work out. It has gotten to the point where I get excited to workout, it has become my form of stress release.

I am in week 8 of 16 for a fitness challenge. I joined the CJC initially because I am getting married next year and needed help digging deeper to make the lifestyle changes I wasn’t achieving on my own.
The piece that I didn’t know was missing for me was the knowledge that CJC share with us. There is no gatekeeping, and he actively sends video messages tailored to our check ins, and also asks follow up questions to our check ins, having us dig deeper.
It is also cool to see in our group fitness page people from around the world in their process and what they are doing daily to achieve their goals and to stay on track. Always nice to know you are not alone.
Joining this community has been challenging and fun! It also inspires me to maybe join the other side one day to help and inspire others as I get further into my journey.

I’m an active member of the coach James club and they’ve helped me so much! I’ve lost 21lbs so far and feel stronger, more confident in the gym and love the app, following a few different routines through the week in the gym, logging my achievements and progress. I would highly recommend if you need some accountability, friendly non judgmental support, and want to be healthier and fitter. I have a lot of weight to lose so will be staying with coach James for the support for the foreseeable!

I am a busy mom of three children five and under and a full time graduate student. I do not have the time to figure out what I am going to eat or what workouts to do on what days. This is where the Coach James Club came in and just saved my sanity! I love the workouts that are provided. I sweat my tail off but I have fun while doing it. I like that they are set up to not wear you out physically so that you can go hard the next day but it is a very good intense workout. I would say they are perfectly balanced, lol. As for the meal plan, I probably cook 5/7 days a week and having my meals planned for me is so clutch. This is something I used to be able to do myself but no longer have the time for and this is tremendously helpful. It is set up to be specific to your calorie needs and if you prefer something else you can reach out and they will replace the meal with something you like. I wanted to include more smoothies and salads for lunches/snacks and the team figured it out for me.
I've really enjoyed the program and I could not recommend it more. I honestly believe that the team really wants you to do well and is here to support you. The other club members are also very supportive. It's a great group to be a part of.

I’ve been working with Coach James for a year. I do the meal plans and workouts with him. Since working with James my life mentally and physically has changed. James and his team have been very supportive throughout the whole process. My plan is catered to my likes and lifestyle. The CJC is a great community for anyone who wants to get on track with their fitness goals and learn how to stay on track. I have found the workouts effective and someone on the team always answers any questions I have. I was already working out but needed extra help to get to where I want to be, and this program has been super. I would recommend to anyone starting out, or who like me needed an extra boost on their journey, to check it out.
