Joining Coach James Club is the best decision I’ve ever made for myself. I ended 2023 feeling disappointed with my physical appearance, physical health and mental health. I knew I needed a change. This program has changed my life in ways that I didn’t expect. I have lost about 14 pounds in around 8 weeks. I already feel so much better physically. I have more energy for my family. I expected to change physically but the mental change I’ve had has drastically made a difference in my day to day life. I feel more positive and confident. I believe in myself. All of that is because of Coach James and his team. They encourage you along the way and educate you about your body, the way it works and about nutrition. This program is truly a life changing program and I would recommend it to everyone!

My experience with my CJC program has been great so far! Last year I went through alot which caused me not to prioritize my health. James and his team took the time to hear my story and my goals and used that to tailor a plan for me. The app is easy to use and it’s fun to see the progress week over week! The program isn’t meant for quick success but creating life long routines.

I can’t say enough about the Coach James club! I joined the holiday challenge hoping to find guidance as my nutrition has been lacking. I was so impressed from day 1! All of the coaches are phenomenal and willing to help you and answer any questions. The meals are actually delicious and contain real food that is easy to find in the store. For the first time in a long time I wasn’t starving all day long but was actually eating less calories than normal. The exercises were easy to follow and effective and didn’t take hours out of your day to complete. I felt better than I have in years. During the challenge I had to have unexpected surgery which halted my exercise plan for awhile. However, James and the coaches were so kind and caring and helped me come back safely and worked to modify anything I needed during recovery. The best part about CJC is that they do not expect perfection 100% of the time. It’s ok to have a celebration and enjoy a nice meal once in awhile. But they worked with all of us on getting back to those healthy habits and didn’t make us feel like we failed if we had a piece of birthday cake. This is a great community of people and the programs are so easy to follow. You’ll gain so much more than the physical benefits alone! I highly recommend Coach James Club!

I am really with my decision in joining the CJC. I have been meaning to start getting into better eating and working out habits and CJC has helped me to #1 feel better about myself and more confident, #2 reach goals that I never thought I could do and #3 stay accountable and be realistic about my habits. I have seen and felt such a change and I can't wait to stick with it and see how much more progress I will make in the next few months. The communication/everything is personalized to tailor to my needs, and I really appreciate that!

When I reached out to James I had just been told 'I don't find you romantically attractive' by someone. This made me question am I attracted to myself. The answer was No.
Since working with James the gym has become my safe place. Where I can deal with all my anxiety, low mood and stress. The plans help me stay consistent and have a routine. Which is what I was missing. A goal in life and some direction. Going to the gym so much I've become confident talking to new people, clothes fit better and I feel attractive again. The meals were easy to adapt to and I now can confidently say I eat well and nutritional. I still get to enjoy life but have much more disapline now. There is so much support from James and the team. It's the best thing I've done for myself so far in life. Thankyou James for being my rock! Ps I've got a date next weekend with an old flame :)

Coach James Club has been amazing! A year ago, I was at the heaviest I’ve ever been and unhappy with how I was looking and feeling. While I did lose a little weight on my own, I knew I needed more accountability and help with my nutrition. I decided to try CJC and in my 6 months with them, have lost about 20lbs of body fat and started gaining muscle.
One of my favorite things about CJC is that you don’t feel restricted. The nutrition and workout plans are enjoyable and so easy to follow through the app. Having weekly check ins has helped to keep me accountable and helped me make a complete lifestyle change, and I just can’t say thank you enough!

Great personalized plan on my own time. I enjoy having everything I need at my fingertips via the CJC app. My meal plan and training sessions, I can access anytime. Which works well for my ever changing schedule. This has been a realistic, sustainable way to reach my goal of building muscle and losing fat. Communication has always been pretty timely as well.

My experience with CJC was amazing and gave me all of the tools to see results and build long lasting habits. Through following the meal plan and excercise plan from James, I saw immediate results, built a noticeable amount of muscle and learned a lot about health in general. James and his team are so positive and uplifting even on the weeks when I felt like I hadn’t been disciplined enough. I would highly recommend this option for online coaching!

I found Coach James and his team to all be polite and professional. The app was very easy to use. I love the personalized meal plans and work out programs tailored to the equipment I have at home (and the meal plans were GOOD with real food). I had weekly check-ins which helped keep me motivated. Coach James really focuses on overall wellness which I appreciate. I had to take a step back from the program because I am pregnant now, but definitely hoping to be back postpartum!

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time coaching with James.
There’s always mini competitions to keep everyone motivated and the groups within the CJC app are also great for communicating with other people through postures of recipes, workouts etc.
My mindset and overall approach to food and working out is a lot better and I’ve gained so much from my time here, from all the delicious recipes I’ve learned to getting steps and workouts in.

Everything about my experience with CJC has been great. I love the workouts and meal plans. I think one of the most valuable parts of the program is the mindset coaching. Sometimes you just need those reminders to stay positive, and that you can achieve your goals. The mindset coaching has done that for me! The communication is also amazing. I have been with James for 6 months now. The meals are quick and simple to make and are tailored to your tastes, he is understanding of times when you’re unable to follow it like if you’re on holiday or out for a meal. The exercises are great, he will change them for you straight away if you are not getting on with one them, you can also record yourself to make sure you have the right grip/position. The app is easy to use. I have learnt so much from being part of this club and from his social media posts which are so much more than exercise and diet. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

The plans I have had on CJC have been great. My food preferences were totally catered for, with a meat-based plan but a few veggie options and changing anything I wanted. They are super quick to make without loads of ingredients and delicious, making healthy eating & hitting high protein goals so much easier. The gym plans have given me a lot of confidence in the gym, knowing how to use all the machines as there are vidoes provided on the app. I have learnt how to structure gym plans across the week to hit different muscle groups, whilst only working out 4x per week. The app has everything you need. Sticking to the plan I saw results so quickly. It is the leanest (whilst growing muscle) I have been. Feeling totally confident in my body. The team have been super helpful and supportive. Check-ins hold you accountable but the team are great at helping you navigate social plans and don't try and stop you living your social life too. If it is within budget, can't recommend enough.

James's program was amazing. I received workouts that served me where I was physically as well as great meal ideas. I have seen progress in not only losing weights, but I have also seen my muscles grow, which was my overall goal. I love the app and how you can track your reps and weight. Nothing feels better than seeing you lifted heavier than you did last week! This was well worth the investment.

James is really supportive and pushes you to do your best! I have gained confidence in the gym, tried out machines and exercises I never thought I would and really found a new love for movement! The app is really easy to use and ensures you can stay on track with lots of helpful features. The videos of the exercises were always really useful and James always provided great tips and tricks if I was struggling with any particular exercise. I'd definitely recommend this programme if you're looking to be consistent with the gym and gain confidence!

The app was fantastic, the layout was so easy to use and navigate, everything for the challenge and club was in one place and easy to access. I felt heard and listened to when I had to adjust protocols during my subscription, I felt it was a safe place to share information and I felt cared for appropriately. The workouts were fantastic! I had little to work with during my workouts, but CJC made workouts with all my equipment and made it easy to execute at home. The recipes were delicious, and easy to prepare and quick to clean up - all very important when trying to manage life with diet and exercise!
