Great, hands on program! It was helpful to have a workout program tailored to areas I want to work on. When I noted exercises that didn't work with a wrist injury they were quick to alter the workout plan to something that worked! The check-ins definitely helped with consistency and the timer in the app was very helpful while working out. Would recommend 😊

I have been using Coach James club for the last 2.5 months. My experience so far has been great. I love how the program is tailored to my lifestyle and is flexible enough to go with realistic ups and downs of life. I’ve done lots of exercise and diet programs. This is the first one though that feels like a true lifestyle change that’s help me develop habits that I won’t lose. Looking forward to continuing the program.

If you're reading this and wondering whether you should join CJC, the answer is yes. About a year ago, I thought the same thing, and I am so glad I did.
James and the team are fantastic. The meals are delicious, the workout plans keep you interested and excited to go to the gym, and if you are prepared to put the work in, you will be amazed at what you will be able to achieve.
All I wanted out of the program was to be able to look at pictures of myself and not think, "I don't look that fat, do I?" and to fit back into my suits. 20 Kg down, I have managed it, and it is all thanks to the CJC, who were willing to hold my hand and, at times - drag me through it.

Started this program in January of 2024 and have been obsessed ever since! You see results and build correct and healthy habits. I was nervous about this being a completely virtual training session but the amount of time and consideration James has put into this app for workouts, meal plans, content and just checking in with me every week makes it so beneficial and useful for me. James has made my workouts to fit to my lifestyle and encourages me to rest+recover and take care of myself. His team is so genuine when it comes to addressing my concerns and helping me reach my goals. I love how the app shows you how to perform each exercise. The meal plans are DELICIOUS! Everything from tacos and pasta to sweet treats and french toast. James and his team have thought of everything when designing this program. They truly do care. I cannot recommend this program enough. You won’t regret joining Coach James Club.

I joined Coach James Club in July 2023 after reaching my most uncomfortable weight ever. I had spent years training on and off with different personal trainers, work out programs, self guided workouts, etc. I had fallen off and had not prioritized my fitness in over a year. I chose James because I knew I needed help with my mindset and I needed a source of accountability.
It has been eight months and I’ve lost 10 lbs. I feel like my body composition has greatly improved and I’m stronger than I’ve ever been! The app is so helpful and great. Again, the accountability is fantastic and really helps keep me motivated and on track.
James and his team will alter your plan to accommodate any needs. I broke my foot in February and James altered all of my workouts so I could still go to the gym and be safe. I never would have imagined I would be the type of person that would be in the gym with a cast/boot and a knee scooter. But thanks to the results I’ve seen from the consistency and routines James has provided, I’ve managed to stay focused and motivated, even after an injury. It is probably worth noting my injury was NOT sustained while doing my workouts. In fact, any time I have felt that a particular exercise didn’t make me feel like I could perform it safely or effectively, James has offered tips, or to watch a video of my form, and will alter the exercise to make it work for me without sacrificing progress in my program. I plan to continue along with Coach James for the remainder of the year and so on!
James - thank you for developing the app. I can’t save enough about it. Thank you for helping me see changes I was so desperate to see and helping me realize my potential. I can’t wait to see what the next 8 months brings!

I’ve been doing this program for about 3 months so far and it’s been so amazing! The workouts and the meal plan have been so effective and make me feel so great! It’s not just about the workout and the meal plans however it’s the personal touch that Coach J and his team are putting in to you. They listen to your concerns and are so very willing to work with you so you’re able to see results and reach your goals! It’s been the best my self confidence has shot through the roof these past few months!
Coach James and the team are great at communicating and helping with my needs through out this process.
Any success or failure is up to me, but they give me the tools necessary to assist my health.

I loved being a part of the Coach James Club training program! It’s exactly what I needed to relearn what a disciplined strength training workout routine should look and feel like. The app is very easy to follow, and the chat function with James and his teammates is great. They were responsive to my needs (I.e. altering my workouts if I couldn’t do a particular exercise) and they checked in jusstttt enough to feel accommodating without being annoying😅.
I look good and feel good 8 weeks in. And it’s a sustainable feeling. Not the kind of “fit” that disappears after a week.

The Coach James Club has truly changed how I approach fitness and wellness. I reached out to James when I was feeling stuck and purposeless with my fitness. I would go to the gym with no plan, have no motivation and unsurprisingly, see no results. I’m only 2 months into my 6 month (or longer) program and I am already seeing such incredible improvements in my motivation, focus on bettering myself, and care for what I eat. Not to mention the incredible confidence that comes from lifting multiple times a week and seeing yourself get stronger every day. I feel like I just approach life differently now that I have attainable goals and a coach that is by my side through the ups and the downs. James is so knowledgeable about everything to do with fitness and how all life factors can impact your progress. He’s very accommodating to all needs with his fitness plans and meal plans. I also love that he’s taken extensive time to research how exercise and nutrition work differently for women’s bodies and with female hormones. That was something I’ve never quite understood until now. All that to say, the CJC is truly such a game changer and I absolutely love James’s holistic approach to wellness.

I have honestly never felt better on SO many levels! My relationship with food, my relationship with moving and grooving, and most of all; my relationship with myself! Coach James isn’t overbearing or pushy. He’s honest, supportive, positive, and gets right to the point. I thought following a program would be overwhelming, but now heading into week 8 it actually feels so natural because it is catered to me and my goals/lifestyle/abilities. I was a little skeptical about taking progress pictures the first few weeks, but having those to look back at and compare has been pretty wonderful to see the progress not just on the scale. I’ve also never been stronger than I am now - so watch out! 💪🏼
