I have enjoyed every part of Coach James Club. It is all attainable and sustainable. Coach James is great at encouraging and pushing you to do the hard things. I’m seeing results and feeling amazing!
Coach James is honestly one of the most truthful persons you will ever hear. I have a degree in exercise physiology and know the science behind what he is saying is true but like anyone, I fell into that trap of looking for a quick fix. I needed that reminder about hard work and consistency is what promotes long term changes and becomes a lifestyle. When I came to the program it wasn’t because I didn’t really know what to do but with my busy life having someone tailor a meal plan and exercise plan for me was far easier than coming up with it myself and I had the encouragement and accountability I needed. Now I feel I have the consistency to move forward on my own soon and continue to work at the changes I want to see that I know wont happen overnight! Thank you Coach James.

I have to say I did coach James club for 8 weeks and was not in a great spot at all mentally. So many excuses I could list but not the point here🤪. I was in such a bad spot that I even let my brain convince myself that it was the program not me for the reason I couldn’t see a change.
I took a break and actually won your discounted price and after we talked you thought it wouldn’t be a good fit, which was tough to hear but pretty eye opening for me. And TOTALLY understandable after my attitude during the program and after. People that do a program like this really have to want it and have the right mindset to make changes and not excuses.
Over the past 6 weeks I’ve made small changes from listening to your online tips and feel like I’ve really made some lifestyle changes that have helped so much. I just wanted to tell you how valuable your info has been. Far more valuable than so many other things I’ve tried, and so relatable for people. Your program is well thought out and something that can be done for anyone willing to commit and make the changes. Your app is one of a kind and so nice to have everything in one place. I really enjoyed my time in the Coach James Club, I feel more confident to continue my health journey. The meals were delicious and filling and the workouts were great. The community page is also a wonderful place with people on similar journeys all supporting each other. Coach James and his team make it really easy by giving you your macros, and meal plans with meals that taste good and fit your macros. The workouts were challenging but not overwhelming and I appreciate Coach James thoughts on how often you should strength train and that consistency is key. I’ve done other online training programs that did not focus on whole foods and had you working out every single day. What Coach James Club is doing is something special! I appreciate Coach James’s feedback and honest, it kept me motivated to reach my goals and will stick with me in the future.

Coach James Club has been exactly what I needed to get myself on track with fitness and nutrition. After years of yo-yo dieting and running as my only source of exercise I needed some consistency I could stick to. I can't say enough how much better I feel after starting this program. I’m writing this review from the experience of a 30 year old female with Lyme disease and severe hormonal imbalances. I have spent the last decade being a professional patient, western & eastern medicine and everything in-between, I have truly tried it all in the name of health. I joined Coach James Club with a desire to yes lose some pounds, but more importantly to see if I can take my health into my own hands and not be so reliant on constant doctor appointments and supplements. I am now about 3 months in and this program has done more for my health than anything else I’ve done in the last decade. My inflammation is completely down, I’m on the least amount of support supplements I’ve ever been on, I genuinely can’t remember the last time I had energy levels like this, my brain is functioning better and better, and my confidence is rising each workout. I was doing Pilates for the last 5 years and the results I’ve had with this program in 3 months are not even remotely comparable. Lifting weights feels like it’s what my body was intended to do, and I honestly wish I started sooner. Probably would’ve saved me some medical bills. So if you’re on the fence, 100% sign up and take your health into your own hands. There is simply no way you can regret it and James and his team are equal parts patient & push, which paired with their knowledge makes for a productive coach/program you can’t go wrong with!

Really enjoyed Coach James program. I was looking to get remotivated to get back into shape and drop some weight and being able to track my progress in real time and see my daily decisions and how they contributed to my end of week check in helped keep my accountable. The workouts were great and made it easy for me to go into the gym and get them done.

I have been part of CJC for almost 5months and have seen such a huge difference in how I approach food, workout and overall lifestyle and mindset.
James has been incredibly supportive and has been really helpful, not only in the personalised workouts and nutrition plan but weekly check ins to keep me on track and focused on my goals.

The app has some quirks being a US member with food names and availability for ingredients for the nutrition plans but the community is great and coaches are motivating and down to earth. Great recipes and workout plans.

Coach is incredibly encouraging and supportive throughout the time I’ve been using his program. In the last 3 months I’ve lost about 10 lbs sticking to the program and also working with Coach on times when I needed flexibility (e.g traveling without access to a gym). He’s reignited my love of weights and even got me into running (which I never thought possible)! The app is easy to use and the community aspect is great for keeping me encouraged on tough days. Cannot recommend enough, if you’re able to you should give Coach at least 6 months of your life and watch how it changes!

The experience with working with Coach James for the past 2 months has been great. I love the attention to detail with the meal plans, food restrictions, any meals I didn’t originally like and with the workouts and tailoring them to what I’m capable of, what equipment I have accessible. My schedule over the past 2 months has been crazy and even with that he was still able to accommodate me and my needs! No questions I had have gone unanswered and I feel like I have learned so much.

The Coach James Club has everything you could want in a health, fitness, and nutrition program! Before getting on their plan I thought I was doing all the right things but wasn’t seeing results that I wanted. Coach James Club’s is awesome! I have joined 6 months ago and I never been better! It isn’t easy but the support offered by James makes it doable! Well thought out and supportive program. If you truly use the information and knowledge Coach James shares, your life will be changed for the better! No it’s not easy, but yes it’s worth it.
Several years back, I was diagnosed with a rare disease. As the years went on, I became very ill. I was the skinniest I had ever been in my life, I was unable to do much physical activity, and I was genuinely unhappy.
After the rare disease was discovered and the surgeries were performed, I began to gain weight rapidly and struggled to curb my eating habits. I tried several exercise programs, but none of them felt right or seemed to truly be tailored to me and my lifestyle.
One night, I happened to see one of Coach James' videos, and I proceeded to watch just about every one of his videos that night. Here was someone saying things that just make sense. I immediately sent in my request to be part of the club and I'm so grateful I did. Coach James really works with you to make the program work for you. It's been a great experience so far.
