This has been a really great experience. About halfway through my training, I broke my foot and the coaches quickly gave me some upper body workouts to focus on. A lot of support along the way and really grateful for the experience!
Truly such a great program! All coaches pay such good attention to detail and want nothing but the best for their clients.

Coach James Club has been a true game changer for me. I had tried other weight loss and workout programs, but none were sustainable. Having two very young children I wasn’t sure anything would really work with my current lifestyle. Six months in to CJC and it feels completely like it has just become part of my every day life, not something I am trying to force myself into every day. The mindset coaching has also been incredibly helpful- it has given me a new outlook on how I view myself and my daily choices related to my health and wellbeing. I cannot recommend CJC enough- especially if you are struggling to make time for yourself and haven’t found what works..yet!

From fat loss to having a healthy pregnancy, the Coach James Club team has been tremendous in adjusting to my goals and my reality. I started the program with the intention of shedding some pounds and specifically working on my nutrition. About 3 weeks into the program, I learned I was pregnant and my experience drastically changed with a tough first trimester. My program changed and the team really adjusted to meet me where I was at. Rather than “push” a nutrition plan on me when I could barely stomach the idea of food, we worked on what I could manage and capitalizing on moments where I felt good. We worked to establish little goals each week that motivated me more and more and helped me feel like myself as my body is changing!

Coach James was more than attentive & responsive. Anytime I had questions, he was always there to help or guide me in the right direction. The recipes were easy to follow, the workouts were very detailed & the app is so easy to use. The community is also amazing. I have lost more than 30 pounds in the time I spent on his program and feel so much better. Thank you for everything coach!!!

Coach James Club is a great experience, but not an easy one. As it is all through the app and calls you have got to be prepared to be self disciplined. Coach James will provide you with the tools and insight to do so, but you have to be ready to take responsibility for yourself.
Honestly I would use him again in a heartbeat, the insights and support you get are great, but be ready to help yourself to see those results.

I’ve followed Coach James for years on social media as really appreciate his straight talking, simple approach to health and wellbeing so I knew this was the fitness programme for me when I felt stuck in a rut. James isn’t one of those quick fix / only in it for the money kinda guys, he gives you mindset challenges in addition to your personalised workouts and food diary to give you all the tools and knowledge to work towards achieving your goals in a sustainable fashion. I saw a comment on here saying CJ doesn’t hold you accountable and I couldn’t agree LESS. I was always given personalised feedback directly from CJ after my weekly check ins, in addition to supportive comments and encouragement. If you feel lost with regards your fitness journey I would highly recommend this programme to put you on the right track. If you put in the work you’ll see the results whilst also gaining lots of knowledge to take forward in future.

I used Coach James for 3 months. The app is good, not as good as my fitness pal (but wouldn’t expect this) so it’s a bit clunky to use especially tracking food. Searching for food is sometimes a trial and error of what search words to use. This does make you less inclined to track and it’s much easier to use MFP. You also can’t save favourite meals that you make yourself so you have to input same foods over again.
The recipes are nice and you get sent new ones each month.
The membership I had was a check in each week. This came via a quiz to fill out each week and option to upload photos. The only negative I have is that a lot of the messages from trainers are generic and copy and paste jobs. So it does make you less inclined to message as it doesn’t feel that personal.
I think the plan is good for someone that doesn’t need that much accountability and just wants workout and food plans. I really did like James who runs the company but felt like I hardly spoke to him and when not speaking to him it wasn’t the same person or you never knew who it was.
I did lose weight but then sadly regained due to a holiday and not sticking to plan. It felt hard to stay motivated with just an app and text function.

I was tired of making excuses for myself of why I couldn’t start exercising more or eating better or just doing something that would make me happier and healthier. I loved that James made a point to do an actual intake session with me. The fact that the team also made a tailored program to suit my dietary requirements as well as the style of training I wanted to do was amazing. Every week I got tips to improve and built healthy habits throughout my weight loss journey. I would HIGHLY recommend!

Amazing program. Focused and tailored to my personal needs, goals, expectations, and lifestyle. Great way to have accountability but that little push as well to keep doing more. Best part, it’s sustainable! So much better than when I tried keto or just doing it by myself. Coach James is an excellent coach, I’d recommend him to anyone!!!

I joined the Coach James club after a medical wake up call; I suffered an injury and a blood clot. In a cycle of binge eating, restriction and guilt I knew I needed to do ‘something’ but I really couldn’t see a way out. I was somewhat sceptical due to my inability to exercise and in a negative mindset but what a difference 3 months can make….. I can’t say I’m perfect but I’m 10kg down and have a whole different approach to weight loss / my health. The programme has given me the confidence and belief that I can achieve my goals and helped me realise that it is a journey and not a quick fix. Most importantly the programme teaches you to be consistent and it’s not about total restriction. The fact the meals are delicious make this very easy. All of the coaching team are supportive, understanding and take the time to ‘check in’. I cannot thank the team enough and am looking forward to smashing a few more goals.

I’ve been signed up to coach James club now for just over 2 months - progressing slowly - but seeing and feeling results!
What they do really well is tailor my fitness plan and meal plan to me - weekly check ins also really help with holding me accountable.
They’ve helped me reset my mindset and really focus on what I want to achieve - being completely honest with the fact that there is no quick fix, determination, discipline and consistency are key! Not every week will go to plan but it’s about looking for the positives in each week and using that to keep driving forward with my goals.
All the team are really supportive and the group chats are also a great way to interact with other members and help keep us all motivated and on track.
If you want to get really serious about achieving your fitness goals - whatever they are - Coach James Club are the ones to help you do that!
Coach James and his crew made the decision easy to invest in myself. From the first time I interacted with his team they were not only very professional, but very personable.
